Terrible ownership, don't but anything here. Bad customer service, rude staff, and only care about the money. Do not support this local business they are deceitful.

Just had a terrible experience here. Apparently this store, which admittedly has a fantastic selection of kids toys, has a deep distrust and potential dislike of children. We just drove almost 30 minutes to go here, the fulfillment of a request one of my sons has been making for over a week. It's always been one of his favorite destinations to buy Legos. We've visited and spent money there multiple times. As he was in the middle of buying $60 worth of stuff using a credit card in his name, the staff accused him of potentially stealing a $7 item and threatened to call the police. As best I can tell, when the boys were browsing they had a handful of items, and potentially put one back in the wrong place. It seems they were being monitored from the start, and when they came to the counter, the discrepancy in quantity was assumed to have been an indicator of theft. Now to be fair, I got this story secondhand from a 14 year old and 12 year old - so the specific circumstances, timeline, and facts are suspect. When I subsequently confronted the owner, his account of what went down was equally unclear and suspect. But at the end of the day - two children, who were in the middle of buying a bunch of things with a credit card - were threatened and accused of something they didn't do, with no hard evidence. No benefit of the doubt. No questions. No accounting for the fact that children might not be the most articulate or confident in the face of adults coming at them. And no sense of regret or contrition when I relatively calmly confronted the situation. We always strive to support local business, but this one has lost us as a customer

The owners are extremely rude, they do not do exchanges and I lost money on a mug that I bought there that was broken and was accused of breaking it.

Awesome selection!! Fantastic merchandising displayed in limited floor space!! The owners definitely put a lot of love and caring into this place. Very Unique inventory Great card and ballon selection they even carry LEGO! Would definitely recommend buying here rather than buying from an empty shell of a company like Amazon.

The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. I tried to return a fan that did not work from the moment I purchased it. As it had been hot in our town and the power had been out irrelevant to me, as I have a generator he accused me of trying to scam him by returning the fan! I had, the week prior, spend $180 on college supplies for my son. Never pleasant to be accused of fraud in front of my neighbors, but the proprietor chose to do that. I left with the defective fan, but my business will be going to Staples and Amazon. I know local businesses struggle, which makes good customer service all the more important. I am not going to pay 30% more to be insulted and accused.

I called trying to find Father’s Day cards a week after Father’s Day and the wonderful owner and his daughter went into storage to have a variety ready for my arrival to choose from. I called 4 different stationary stores in the area and none took the time to help. These owners clearly care about their customers and going above and beyond. Businesses like these should be supported and continue to thrive for years to come!!!

They have so many nice items from the newspapers ,cards,toys,lottery,phone items and it seems like they have what you are looking for. The owners are nice and helpful. It is located on the corner around so many other beautiful stores.

First time visiting this store, there is no return policy and no ethics to keep customers happy , I am very disappointed, will never go again

I was looking for a specific item and look a bit long and was yelled at by the owner and told that if I wasn’t going to buy anything to get out. Honestly I hope these people file for bankruptcy and shut down.

A longstanding fixture in our neighborhood for a reason; friendly staff and a quick stop for a lottery ticket or a pack of gum.
