CCHD is an association of non-profit, interfaith & interdisciplinary counseling centers throughout NJ, providing confidential, compassionate, financially feasible clinical & psychotherapeutic services from licensed professionals.
We understand how difficult it is for anyone to take that first step for care. At the Center, in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, our licensed and compassionate therapists apply the insights of psychiatry, psychology and spiritual practice to help people find health, wholeness, and meaningful answers to improve their lives. We offer counseling and clinical services to help clients who are struggling with a variety of mental and emotional health issues, including but not limited to depression and anxiety, family and marriage issues, domestic abuse, anger issues, transgender issues, divorce, and grief.
As a non-profit community-based counseling center, both our outreach efforts and therapy services are carried out with sensitivity to the issues and with a purpose to bring about positive change. All services are provided regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnic background or religious affiliation. We accept most private insurance and can offer a sliding scale based rate to clients without health insurance.
