I'm so happy I decided to make Vintage Creekwood my home! Everyone I have talked to, be it front office, maintenence, or residents, have all been so nice! The community is clean, the property is maintained amazingly, and amenities are "resort-like"!!! I love it here!
My experience thus far has been amazing. Donna, Jessica and Sarah have been most helpful and understanding during the transition period. I was so excited when I received my call that an apartment came available so that I could move in sooner than expected. I am looking forward to making Vintage Creekwood my new home.
Highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is very courteous. The maintenance staff is very professional and timely. The grounds are always well maintained. The overall community is very quiet and very friendly.
Our recent stay at Vintage Creekwood was nothing short of amazing. The staff was wonderful from the first call to the hugs goodbye after we found our forever home. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained.
I have loved my time here the past two years, it's been a very accommodating place to live. The staff is great, the community events are so fun, and the grounds are always kept so clean and beautiful year round.
The office team And matinence team ARE FREAKING AWESOME! Moved across America to this place and the office staff were so patient with me and my wife n daughter as We signed a lease and got an apartment before I moved to Tennessee, everyone is helpful to share about the area for activities etc and they got me on a waiting list and got me into an excellent location on the property, the mantinece staff has been very awesome as well helping with questions of even little fixes as to change a light bulb for me! I would highly recommend this community as it’s quiet safe and secure and FUN for me my wife and little one So GO TEAM VINTAGE CREEKWOOD PARK STAFF!!! YOU ROCK
Lived there for two years with no problems. The office staff is nice and helpful, maintained is also nice and quick to fix any problems. The apartments are nice clean. The property is well maintained. Would recommend.
Very clean and safe. The workout facility has newer equipment and room for a good workout. Very pet friendly. Nice trail winds through the woods for walking your dog. They have really nice garages if you choose that option. Everybody from the maintenance staff to people in main office are extremely friendly and helpful. Can't wait to use the pool. Located right near the main highway and shopping.
Update: We were told this was settled today, after a month, but the outcome is now that they’re smoking in their cars right next to ours with the windows down and doors open. I had to wait a full 10-minutes to even be able to SAFELY access my car because they parked directly next to me after I careful avoided parking close to them. Lovely handling by the management. Smoke-free is a joke at this community, and my health is apparently less important than a smoker’s right to endanger it. As a Veteran who only has this issue due to sustaining smoke inhalation in a fire on my ship and being exposed to burn pits in the Middle East, this is beyond frustrating that my rights and health seem to not be more of a priority in this situation. Before we moved in, we addressed public smoking several times with office staff as it can trigger an asthma attack for me. We were assured repeatedly it is a smoke-free community, and no one is allowed to smoke in common areas such as breezeways, or per the lease, within 25 ft. of any building. It also states in the lease there should be designated smoking areas. Since we moved in, only two weeks ago, we have had issues up to multiple times a day of one particular set of neighbors smoking both in the breezeway and directly outside the building, mostly at the end of the stairs which we descend. I have sent picture evidence and multiple emails to the office receiving none of the promised follow up phone calls and only emailed excuses about having been too busy to be able to address the issue. I fail to understand how an explicit lease violation is a matter which cannot be handled swiftly. The attitude from the office seems as if they are hoping we will get over it or stop notifying them so they do not have to deal with the issue or confrontation. We were very excited at the cleanliness and beauty of the grounds; however, it gets completely ruined when the first thing I smell stepping out of my apartment or car is cigarette smoke, and I have to worry about having an asthma attack simply walking into the home for which I’m paying.
