This park is well maintained, clean, and has lots of beautiful scenery. Tons of wildlife in the pond by the main building. Easy parking. Lots of great walking paths. There's a playground and a little tree maze. Bathrooms available during the morning and early afternoon. Playground: Large playground with a nearby tree maze. Restrooms: Available during the weekday and early afternoon. Closes at around 3pm.
The most beautiful park I have been to in the Albany area. It has everything. Multiple playgrounds, public restrooms, walking trails for miles, ponds with ducks and swans. Absolutely gorgeous.
Favorite park. It’s massive. Great for hiking or just strolling. There’s a little playground for children too. Best for picnicking and hanging out with friends and family.
Beautiful park wide open areas swings for the kids picknick tables restrooms and dog friendly
The only bad thing is that the playground should be fenced in. It would be easy for kids to run off in a second. Too many adults have access to children. Cooks Park is more peace of mind. Battery operated cars should not be allowed as well. Especially if children are not good at driving them. I saw kids getting bumped into.
The kids love this place. I do too because it is clean and a great environment for them.
The lake at the front is looks beautiful and extremely welcoming. There are many kids and everyone is happily playing around, giving the playground an upbeat vibe. The playground has multiple sections for kids of different ages and many different contraptions for the children to play on. My little sister didn’t want to play by herself but after 5 minutes she was jumping around with another girl. If you want to go for a walk there are several pathways around the park that have scenic surroundings. I would definitely bring family over to this park to have fun.
The best park I've been in and my kids love it it's a lil getaway from where we live they love seeing the fish and brings bread to feed the ducks
Excellent place for the whole family. Huge playground, duck and fish pond, trails walking and bikes, farmers market Saturdays 9-1pm seasonally. Can't go wrong!
Love the scenery, you could bike, jogg or take your child to the playground, my kids really enjoy themselves, my son especially loves the animals there
