The DAISY - crazy daisy

The Daisy is my absolute favorite place to shop for clothing. I get compliments on everything I buy there. I take all out of town guests to the Daisy & they LOVE IT.

I experienced the most caring customer service on my visit yesterday. I have a funeral to attend and had no idea what to wear or the emotional strength to shop. The woman who helped me was so kind and helpful. I hope she knows how much her kindness was appreciated.

the DAISY is my favorite place to shop for clothing in town - the owner and her family/the staff, the environment, cleanliness, and selection of clothing, shoes, purses, home goods, and jewelry. Their consignment items are always in great shape, reasonably priced, and size inclusive. I've always been a M/L, but finding return-to-work wear as a size XL/2XL post-pandemic was making me anxious - it can be painful on my wallet and emotionally to find nice secondhand clothes, but the DAISY has always had a selection in my size, budget, and style to meet my needs - without searching forever. Thanks for being a great business!

I am a huge shopper and finally stopped in a handful of times this Spring. I never felt welcome there even though I have bought a few things there as gifts. Workers are not welcoming like other stores.....Especially when you walk into the back area, the woman back there acted as if I walked into her private closet! I took my mother there and my teenage daughters this Spring when we literally had a few minutes to pop in on our way to my daughters activity. It was my mom's birthday and we had a girls day of lunch and shopping. We arrived 30 minutes before their closing. When we ENTERED the building our greeting was a woman rudely telling us their closing time. As we browsed around the workers loudly discussed what activities they had to get to making sure we heard that they wanted to wrap up their day. My teenage girls were in the back room looking at items and they were approached by a woman who told them they needed to "stop looking" around. I did not learn of this until we had left the building or I would have had some words with them. Finally, we had had enough and left with ten minutes to spare before their closing time and were not told "Thank you for stopping in" or "Have a nice day"....the person literally locked the door behind us. We have never been treated so rudely and we will never go back. We are a family that LOVES to shop and we are big consignors as well. I would suggest next time you all have plans and would like to close early you do so, instead of leaving your doors open and treating your customers like crap.

I love shopping here, I usually find something I can't live without. Heidi does a fantastic job. The store is immaculately clean and displays are perfect. I've purchased handbags, Bryn Walker clothing and even a couple of pairs of shoes.

We came in today from Muscatine and it was SO worth the trip!!! Love this store!!! The owners are amazing business women and just super sweet. My teenage daughters found lots of things that they loved and so did I!!

What a fun shop filled with eclectic pre-loved, name-brand clothing and accessories. The owners and associates are very friendly and helpful.

Love it. Been a long time customers, constant turn over of clothes, shoes, accessories, coats & decor items. Upscale consignment, plus new items. Changes weekly. Will help you find what you are looking for. Hours change with seasons. Be sure & check on line. A store in Czech College & Marion.

So incredibly disappointed! Last weekend was my first experience at The Daisy in Cedar Rapids and it most certainly was my last. I arrived mid-afternoon; two employees were at the counter in the front of the store talking and laughing with one other woman a customer I was not greeted...Not once, nor did I receive a good-bye, thanks for stopping, nothing-On my way out of the store. The entire atmosphere was stuffy & snobby. And since I'm under the age of 45 and not carrying around my husband's credit card, I was of no use to them. By no means do I expect a red carpet laid out for me when I go to a store. I worked as a cosmetologist for 8 years and I am well aware of the chaos working in customer service/retail. But for a customer to walk in and out of your store and not be acknowledged because your shooting the breeze. Thankfully my experience at the store in Marion was fantastic, that's where my business will be.

This consignment storebis set up so much like a boutique, you forget it’s consignment. Staff has always been very courteous and professional. I live close to an hour away and always make time to make a day trip to visit Daisy and spend the day shopping. Inventory is great with a mix of retail decorating. I only wish they were closer.
