We have all of our business and personal insurance with Brad Rooker/Woodstock Office! He always goes above and beyond to help us. Since he started in that office he has never pressured us to purchase any type of insurance. His staff is top notch, they always are very friendly and helpful! Prices are much better than State Farm and other insurance agencies. We’ve had claims, and he stays on top of those to make sure you are getting taken care of and our rates didn’t go up!

Switched all our insurance needs to Dustin Ellison and never looked back. He is always available to handle insurance issues with a great attitude and work ethic. Saved our family money. The team in Woodstock works very well and streamlined. Highly recommend!!!!!

Brad Rooker and team do a great job of serving the customer. When we switched from Nationwide to Alfa a few years ago they saved us a considerable amount on our premiums. If you are looking for a good insurance agent I would recommend giving Brad and his team a call.

Commercials encourage you to try certain brand insurances where you never meet an agent, and all correspondence is done through phone, and mail. I’d rather shop locally and have a face to a name, and I’ve been with Alfa for years. Brad Rooker is my agent, and I know if I broke down or had a flat and needed him, I could call him. You can’t beat the loyalty to his customers!

We changed to Alfa a few years ago and Brad helped saved us some money. We are so glad we did. in the summer, my son backed in to another car and Alfa took care of it hassle free. Thanks, Brad. Would highly recommend. Give him a call to see what he could do

Brad Rooker, has proven to me multiple times that he will go out of his way to take care of his customers. Best agent I have had, highly recommend him if you’re looking for an agent that keeps his word and is very knowledgeable about his profession.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Rhonda at this location was beyond rude to my mother for absolutely no reason. Myself, my mother, my little brother and my aunt and my father all have insurance with Alfa and we will all be cancelling our auto insurance and our life insurance policies this next month because of her. We have a total of eleven policies with them between all of my family members. This is our local office and I refuse to pay someone who talks down to my family. I have been with this company for 7 years, my brother has been with them 5 years and my mother has been with them for 20+ years and we have never had a single problem with them until now but the bullying that she did to my mother is just intolerable. Furthermore I intend to use all of the resources at my disposal to let everyone I know of my experience with her. I could go on and on but the point is that she has been inexcusably rude and it is because of her that Alfa will lose a total of eleven policies.

I dont know why they feel the need to give out personal information to family members. They have never called us directly to handle anything instead calling a family member they know to do business for them? Very unprofessional. Everytime we did try to get some info on when our bill was due or how much they could not seem to find the answer? Pointless and ignorant agents to work with. Oh and they called our family member to tell them we were cancelled!
