The defendant is the CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST!
The devil wants to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he is responsible for people sinning and if that can't be proved he is requesting:
THE CHURCH OF JESUS:
STOP PRAYING AND REBUKING DEMONS,
STOP CALLING HIM SLEW FOOT DEVIL
STOP STEPPING ON HIS HEAD.
The plaintiff (DEVIL) will be called the steam team and the defendant (CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST) will be called the dream steam.
Mother Eve has been summoned from the grave to testify why she ate the apple and finally let the world know whether or not the Devil made her eat the apple.
