1st time here and it was that means good! I had the Golden Peach Black Tea with Bobba and it was amazing. The wifey had the Caramel Brulee Coffee and she was equally and happily surprised. Relaxing and laid-back atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Lotus Tea Lounge previously was Ding Tea. They recently had their grand opening on 9/3 and stopped by, but the wait was just too long, and with this heat, I decided to come back. I went back on Monday decent amount of customers, but the wait for two drinks was a little longer than expected. I guess you could say I was used to the fast speed of Ding Tea, but I understand that the drinks at Lotus take a little longer to make. I had the Golden Peach Tea, and I must say it was delicious. I had it with lychee and the extra peaches thee drink comes with made the drink better. A must-try if you're looking for a refreshing drink. I also ordered the Signature Milk tea. This is the second time I have it, and I just wasn't a fan of the drink it was too milky and not cold enough.
This place is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Ordered the Oreo Matcha and it was delicious but kind of on the pricey side. The drink was also a bit too runny. I expected it to be thicker since that’s how it looked like in the picture but taste wise, had a sweet flavor with Oreo crumbles that was perfectly balanced with the matcha.
This spot replaced Ding Tea, and I think they changed owners or rebranded. I do feel like this new brand is better. Some of their drinks are reminiscent of Orobae Rising Phoenix Oolong and Metal Buddha Oolong. Got the Fire Phoenix Oolong and it was pretty good. I prefer Orobae's since Orobae's has a stronger oolong flavor and much creamier. My bestfriend got White Peach Snow and it reminds me of Omomo's seasons white peach blended drink. Both have a salted cream in it, and it works so well! I came back and tried their Golden Peach black tea, and I was disappointed with it. The tea was burnt cuz it tasted bitter. :< Ill still try the spot for their other drinks.
The tea is veryy weak almost watery and the flavors underdeveloped and bland. Expensive for what you get. Almost $7 before adding boba. There are a lot of boba tea places in the area that are much better. Tea Station, Sunright, my fave - Gong Cha and even Boba Time is better- just to name a few. Parking is also a pain in the butt.
The Staff are always alert. Yes and Gourmet style my selection everytime. Clean and safe A - love quality drinks and classy vibrant lounge tea studio. Good taste -. Delicious and Outstanding variety.. Thank you , Keep going satisfying . Price great! Vegetarian options: Non Dairy, Sugar choice. Fresh Fruit 'veg Portion control. Get no better . LACTO VEG, Sugar Free
I have always been a regular since they were dings. Glad to see the quality of tea hasn’t changed since they became the Lotus. This tea literally makes my week
My wife pointed this place out, so we gave it a go. Were very pleasantly surprised, and needless to say will be frequenting the business. I do like Ding Tea on Rosecrans, but somehow Lotus has this . . . light-hearted, almost warming, atmosphere that Ding Tea doesn't have. All that and the staff here are some how friendlier and more patient with me, as I like to try something new upon every visit. I haven't had the same thing twice here or at Ding Tea. Anyway, I hope Lotus doesn't change a thing. . . It's a bit of a drive, but well worth it, IMHO Much love to you all -
My favorite place for boba in the area. The Oreo Brulee Matcha in particular is fantastic and addictive. Some of the other drinks are a bit more hit and miss, such as the Coconut/Banana coffee.Food: 5/5
This is the best place to get Boba. Would recommend the strawberry Golden tea.Food: 5/5
