I ordered a magma case but had to send it back due to a defect but throughout the whole process they were able to take care of the situation and I was able to get an odyssey case for an open-box price which was almost 40 percent off. I am a first time customer to The DJ Hookup. I had an issue with the speaker that I purchased immediately after I received it. I contacted their customer service and spoke to an amazing rep named Francisco. He assured me that he would fix everything and have a replacement sent out to me as soon as possible. He is a man of his word. About a week later my replacement speaker was sent out and I couldn't be happier!! I am now a customer for life and will be purchasing more equipment from them in the near future. Thanks Francisco!

I bought a allen and heath zone 96 from here just for it to stop working after 3 uses within 3 weeks of purchase and it stopped working. I reached out to The DJ hookup and they told me to reach out to allen and heath long story short its been a week and still no resolution. When you purchase an expensive item I would think the business would take more ownership by sending a new one and them dealing with the vendor than the client specially if its within a month. Would not recommend buying from here.

My equipment started malfunctioning a little after a year. When contacting The DJ Hook Up, they basically said that they can’t do anything about it because they only offer a 1 year warranty. Now I’m stuck with an expensive paper weight. I will never do business with this company again.

Had a fantastic experience ordering a Christmas gift/Pioneer board from The DJ Hookup. I stumbled onto this company online after the particular board I was looking for was out of stock at the big chains. I was shopping a week prior to the holiday. At first, I was skeptical, but after chatting with Nat from the company on the phone and online, I made the purchase. I even got a digital coupon that saved me more than I originally thought I was going to spend. Then, I Chrome incorrectly entered an old address. I called immediately and they hooked me up again. Fantastic service! I got the board in time before Christmas, too. I absolutely recommend this company!!!
