I've been going to this practice a long time. I cannot get the powers that be to call my medicine in to the pharmacy. I am out of a couple of them, and cannot get them. There's a huge failure to communicate there. Dr Curtis was great. Even Dr Shoyer was good.... Those days are gone. Looking for a caring Dr.
Beth Finley is the worst provider I've ever had. Can't even get a simple migraine med refilled on time. She's a headache. Ben Ladd is wonderful.
Back office staff is awesome front office is horrible. I’ve saw other reviews that said the same but I like to form my own opinion. I attempted to set an appointment and the front office literally questioned whether I needed to do so. From my experience, from both being a patient and working at a health care facility it is never up to the receptionist whether appointments necessary or not. I will not return.
I’ve been going here for year and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful and knowledgeable.
Great staff and doctors are professional and very helpful.
