The Doll House "Palm Springs' Oldest Restaurant" was a Palm Springs restaurant/nightclub owned by Ethel and George Strebe who purchased the restaurant in 1945. Ethel Strebe, who later became Ethel Haratun owned the restaurant until 1966 when it was destroyed to make room for Sorrentino's Steak & Lobster House.
