The Dowling Law Office was founded when Ralph Dowling moved his law practice from Indianapolis to Muncie and began practicing law with his wife, Kimberly Dowling. Although Kim has since taken the bench as Judge of Delaware County Circuit Court #2, Ralph continues the traditions of The Dowling Law Office.
The Dowling Law Office is dedicated to serving the legal and personal needs of clients and community. Ralph Dowling has lived in Delaware County since 1984. Ralph focuses his practice on personal injury cases, family law of all kinds, and civil appeals. Ralph has practiced in state and federal trial and appellate courts in over a dozen states.
Family Law. Ralph has several years of experience in family law and handles cases from trial court to appellate court, to Indiana Supreme Court. Family law includes divorce, separation, paternity, custody, parenting time, child support, and adoptions.
Personal Injury. Ralph represents injured people and the families of those wrongfully killed. This includes the full range of personal injury cases from auto accidents to slip or trip and fall cases, malpractice, products liability, and other negligence.
Civil Appeals. Ralph has handled appeals in civil cases in both state and federal courts in personal injury cases, family law matters, and insurance litigation. While he does not handle criminal cases, he does take on the full gamut of civil cases.
Other. Ralph also engages in a more general practice of law including preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and contracts; real estate transactions and disputes, and litigation of other civil cases.
