The new Wednesday night bar at the landmark Bull Valley Roadhouse in Port Costa debuts Nov. 12, 2014. Dram Shop mixes pre-Prohibition ambiance with inventive contemporary cocktails, complemented by small plates from Roadhouse chef David Williams’ kitchen. A series of guest bartenders will set the scene and design the drinks for their night, so every Dram Shop will have its own feel.
