Loved shopping at The Dump. Brian Mallett assisted us. He let me spend HOURS in the store without bothering me. I enjoyed the luxury of taking my time. Brian had convenient timing and excellent product knowledge for my endless questions. He graciously shifted gears MANY times with me as I switched up the plan. In the end my husband and I found the perfect pieces for our new home. Can't wait to see it all set up on delivery. Would definitely recommend Brian and The Dump for quality service and products.
I bought a 6k couch from here. It was delivered broken and the stitching was very crooked. 3 weeks later… a guy comes from a 3rd party contractor to see if he can fix it. No, I’m not buying a new couch to have some guy try to drill some holes to make it work. Plus the stitching?? Then he mentions my warranty?! It was broken when it arrived! Ugh I will NEVER shop here again.
Very friendly staff and pleased with the quality of furniture and the selection. I have to say that I’ve been following this store for a year through they’re ads and app and finally got to go in the Atlanta location and it was everything they claimed to be! Jacob greeted us as soon as we came in and explained their pricing and allowed us to explore the store with no pressure and was extremely helpful when needed. He made our experience the best! We found what we were looking for very quickly and the prices for the quality of everything was great!
My experience was disappointing. I spent a large amount of money at The Dump and did love the furniture in the store but upon arrival some pieces were damaged when delivered. I called customer service and they did comply and told me to take pics. They delivery men were also very helpful and polite. Unfortunately it took a very long time to replace. The Store Manager said I would be compensated but when w went to the store w was treated very coldly and told they Could not compensate me. I hope and pray this changes for future customers. You need someone who really know how to treat others properly. Thank You
This was by far one of my easiest purchases. The Dump was the only retailer with my bed in stock and they had the best price! Each staff member was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Update: my bed was not in stock as advised and my pick up date has changed twice.
After a long day of furniture shopping, we finally found a quality leather couch within our price range at The Dump. The purchase process was easy and straightforward. We could not be happier with our purchase. Our couch is the perfect size, shape, and style.
I like this unique, high-quality furniture outlet store. The name could be discouraging at first, but ait’s a really good store and the associates are friendly and help the customer. I really recommend swinging by The Dump Furniture Outlet and checking the store inventory.
I started this purchase from a text I received. Was in the market for a bedroom for my daughter. Got all my questions answered via text message. The sales Rep Alex said that he would be more than happy to help me with everything, just ask for me when you get in. I indeed purchased the bedroom furniture and Alex made the whole experience seamless. I was in and out and happy in about 20-30 min. It was a very pleasant experience.
I had the pleasure of working with Mari. She was amazing! I had a hard choice of finding a dining room table to match my wooden floors and buffet and she was a gem. So grateful for this place!
Second time customer.. Pros: Quality of Leather Recliner Sofa. Cons: ~3 month delivery on two piece sofa and table w/ 4 chairs. Table base wooden came broken & 1 chair damaged. Took ~2 months to process return & refund. Had to pursue the issue rather than business finding a solution in a timely manner. Please use this review as a positive critique as I will be returning in the future seeking a slightly better experience.
