Wide variety of equipment and enough of each in case someone is using a machine you want. Always kept clean. Trainers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mike S! My wife and I love going to his Sunday morning classes.
Paid for a trainer, ended up with a friend. I worked with trainer Mike Stewart for a few months to help build up my confidence working out in a new gym. He was an absolute rockstar! He answered all my questions, showed me how to use all of the equipment safely, and made sure I always gave 100% during every workout. I am still a very active member of Edge and every time I see Mike, he is genuinely happy to see me, and we catch up on all things fitness and life. 10/10 recommend Mike Stewart as a trainer and edge as a gym!
This gym has become my second home. Everyone there is so friendly and takes the time to talk and get to know the members. I’ve been training with Mike for a couple months now and I have never seen more progress in such a short amount of time than I have with his help. He’s super friendly but also will push you to work harder than you think you can. I owe all my current and future progress to Mike, I couldn’t do it without him!
I’ve been going to this gym for a few years with no issues, but I’m posting this review specifically about Michael Stewart, my personal trainer I’ve had for about 6 months. He has helped improve my form on all my lifts, my diet, and my overall confidence inside and outside the gym! He’s helped me reach incredible goals that I’m not sure I could have achieved on my own. Aside from that, he is the most kind and approachable guy I’ve ever had the pleasure of working out with and I’d recommend him for lifters of any level. I’m always excited for our sessions.
I've been an Edge member for years but was always the occasional gym-goer. It wasn't until this year that a mustered up the courage and let go of any insecurities and signed up for personal training. The staff was really great and informative to make sure I made the training plan that worked for me. Most importantly, I met Alan, my personal trainer who has been everything I had hoped for and more. He is very professional, yet personable. He keeps me accountable, while at the same time be flexible with his schedule to accommodate my needs. If you need someone to help you with the grind and trust the process, he's your guy.
All staff at this location are awesome and make you feel at home. Marc was very helpful giving information about personal training and guided me in the right direction of my great trainer, Sam. When I walk into the gym Marc always says hi and asks how my training sessions are going. Sam encourages me to stay on track with my diet and also makes sure I get my butt in the gym even on days we don’t have training sessions together. I’ve only been training with Sam for a little over two months and have seen nothing less of positive changes! :
This Edge fitness location is the best! Always clean and has everything you need to get a solid workout in while not wasting too much time waiting in line for equipment. They also have helpful and friendly staff and trainers, Alan always has me working hard!
My wife and I have been working out with our trainer Keith for almost 2 years now. Keith is a great trainer, he cares about his clients goals and listens. He has helped me tremendously with my chronic knee issues with the exercises he has me doing. I highly recommend working with Keith.
I’ve been a member since the gym first opened. The staff is friendly, supportive and professional. The facilities have a wide variety of equipment and classes for every level. My trainer, Victoria, has been there for me throughout the years, and has helped me learn healthier lifestyle choices and exercises, even when I was recovering from injuries. I truly value all the efforts she puts into customizing plans & motivating her clients with her time and attention to details. All of the Zumba instructors have exciting cardio workouts that make everyone happy and learn to love dancing. The Strong Classes allow for a group of dedicated trainers and clients to work together and complete ever-changing, challenging workouts with guidance available. The Edge has made working out a truly rewarding community experience, and I look forward to every class and training session.
Edge is a beautiful clean Gym! Victoria has changed my mindset and gotten me on a better path both physically, mentally and emotionally! She is flexible, understanding and makes nutrition as simple as possible! I’ve added things to my diet that are healthy, convenient, and tasty! Working with her has helped me with my postpartum in a million ways!
