We offer women a place to have fun and get fit through small group training in kick-boxing, bootcamp, and resistance/cardio intervals. A far cry for the corporate gym, there is plenty of accountability and motivation here!

We provide a supportive environment for women interested in building a healthy body and a healthy community. We offer classes that are totally free from judgment, and above all an opportunity to support each other while reaching goals.
