Very bad at answering call or questions and only call when they need something. Dragged my case out forever just to sit in the courtroom to be slaughtered. No game plan was made. Filled me with promises in the beginning to get my service but did not follow through. When things were filed I was not informed I had to check the website daily just to know if I had court. And lawyer was only ready to talk days before court and paperwork was filed 2 days before. I would not ever recommend this office to anyone because her assistant acts as the attorney and does everything which is not right. Horrible service

Ms. Elkins and team ensured that I was able to get the proper and fair amount of money due to me as my landlord tried stiffing me on my security deposit. She was readily available for litigation if need be but was able to get the desired amount through pre-litigation tactics. I recommend her, her team and their expertise!

I highly recommend Elkins Law. What I needed was handled quickly and I was even asked about other aspects that I may need and not have known about. They are thorough and timely. Which is exactly what is needed in a lawyer. I appreciated being treated respectfully and kindly. Thank you for handling a situation that was very stressful and making it a simple task.

I can not say enough about Jennifer and her team at Elkins Law Firm. I have never reviewed a company and this review is long over due. Long story short. Son was driving way to fast and got a pretty big ticket with mandatory court date. Communication was fantastic and at the end end of the day he never saw a court room. Ms. Elkins and her team helped my husband and I do our will/estate. They were very helpful and willing to explain everything to us step by step. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a law firm!
