I'm so glad I found Epigenetics Healing Center! I'm working with Dr. Goodbinder remotely. They take such great care of you through zoom, phone calls and emails! I have been working with Dr. Goodbinder for about 3 months. I started seeing him because I was at a lost with my gut issues, inflammation, low energy, hypothyroidism and hashimoto's. I just wanted to feel better! I started the program with nutritionist that follows the 30 day anti inflammatory dietclean eating to reset my body. It really changed my mindset on clean eating. And it made it so easy to continue clean eating after the detox. I love that Dr. Goodbinder promotes clean living and changing your lifestyle to better your health! That's hard to find in doctors Once I received my lab results back, Dr. Goodbinder set me up on a regimen and supplements tailored for my health. It was great to get actually answers and solutions. He has incredibly knowledgeable in our bodily functions and processes. He continues to do routine lab work to check my progress. My health journey is not over yet but I'm feeling great! I'm so glad I invested in my health with Dr. Goodbinder!
I first met with Dr. Goodbinder just finished treatments for Triple Negative Breast Cancer. We began working to detox my body from my treatments and working to prevent recurrence. I am thankful to have found someone that doesn't shame me for the "standard of care" course of treatment I chose. He is willing to help me to prioritize care and find a balance when budget prevents me from doing ALL the things that I'd love to do if money were no object. Since my diagnosis, I've waited in so many waiting rooms and it has been SO refreshing to not have to wait for my appointments here. They are always on time and communicate so well in advance if there's any reason for a delay or need to reschedule! I really can't say enough positive things about the care I've received and truly appreciate the kindness I have received from Dr. Goodbinder and all of the supporting staff!
My Name is Sue Tholen. I came to Dr. Goodbinder May 2023. After much prayer and seeking wisdom and guidance, I was led to Dr Goodbinder by a friend who herself had been one of his patients years ago, his treatments totally changed her life! I was diagnosed with Lupus 32 years ago and was on steroids and immunosuppressant drugs a big part of my adult life. I went to see a Natural Pathetic physician 23 years ago and he told me to go off all my medications which included the chronic steroids which I did and it nearly killed me. I should have know better as I am an RN, but when you have been living with a chronic illness for years I was looking for Something different than pharmaceutical medications. My kidneys were severely compromised, I had grand mail seizures, uncontrollable Hypertension and severe acute kidney failure. I was told I might not live and if I did I would have to be on dialysis for the rest of my life! It took me at least 5 to 6 years to somewhat recover and I had to go on full disability for 8 years. I give The Lord all credit for saving my life and restoring my health to where I could get off disability and go back to work as a nurse. Praise God! Recently I found myself in acute kidney failure and a Lupus flare. My Rheumatologist was treating me with very high dose steroids, strong immunosuppressant drugs and trying different medications new on the market that I had severe reactions to. The treatment was absolutely horrible! The medical doctors said I would be on these medications for the rest of my life. I decided to come to Dr Goodbinder to get to the root cause of these illnesses, as many of the medical physicians just treat the symptoms and not the cause!! He spent time listening to my story and after assessing what test should be done, he looked at the results and gave me specific recommendations. After 25 days of being on a strict detox diet along with prayer, dietary supplements and an infusion of Curcumin IV, my creatinine and GFR kidney function markers normalized, they are both normal now! Hallelujah! Praise God I am expectantly excited as I continue working with Dr Goodbinder and his amazing team to get to the root cause of these illnesses! I am currently starting Resveratrol Iv Infusions. My body had alot of damage done not only from the diseases but also from all the pharmaceutical medications that I have been on for years. Dr. Goodbinder and his team at the Epigenetics’s Healing Center have Changed my life. I have struggled with Chronic illness my entire life. When I learned about Dr. Goodbinder I had been in a seven month flare with multiple trips to different Drs, ER visits and Urgent Care with no answers. I had no quality of life left. I was in bed in pain to the point clothes were not an option obviously unable to work. When I called the office they were so kind and listened to my hopelessness and urgency for help. I received an appointment the next day. I have Hidradenitis Supperativa and have been diagnosed over the years with just about everything imaginable. I am now two months into treatment and for the first time in over 20 years I am feeling like myself again. I have lost 30 lbs and am 90% of the time pain free. For the first time ever a Dr listened to everything I said and did not try to minimize my struggle. For the first time in my life tests were run, results were given and explained in terms that I could understand. The education is there and they take the time to educate you on how to live and not just survive. Thank you so much to Dr. Goodbinder and his team for giving me my life back. I would leave a one star review except this is solely about the scheduling and customer service aspect from Morgan Carney, the patience experience liaison of Epigenetics Healing Center. Morgan reached out me the day after I submitted my online request for an appointment to set up an introductory phone call which was amazing. She asked me what time works, I sent her time proposal and got no reply, since she would be leaving the office at the time I proposed later in the afternoon. She followed up the next morning apologizing and asked for another time that day. I sent my proposal and got no response. I sent another message two weeks later asking to set up an appointment, and she responded with a phone call proposal later that afternoon. After no phone call for the time I set aside for the call, she texted saying her appointments were running later than expected and confirmed she will be calling. It has been a week and I have not heard anything from back from her. I understand that she could be busy, but ghosting for almost a week shy of a month is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for medical assistance elsewhere.
I watched my moms health fall apart for a year, you took her money, then kicked her out because she wanted you to keep your promise and help her heal, instead of making her worse. You told her to stay there when she wanted to leave and you kept taking her money, after a year she couldn’t afford to leave. You kicked her out because she was not happy NOT because she threatened anyone. My mom is an awesome human! She is sick and she trusted you! My mom pulled me from your clinic because I was not getting help either. I just wanted to set the record straight.
I don't think Dr. Goodbinder even knows how much he has changed my life. I wasn't a person who looked sick or even acted sick, but the reality was I was in almost constant pain and felt like I was dragging my body around all day. I hadn't had consistent restful sleep in years because of back pain. I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis about 5 years ago and had tried a few of the standard meds which only left me sicker in the end. Dr. Goodbinder tested me for everything and I believe got to the root of most of my problems. Through some diet changes and the right supplements I'm living my best life. I'm sleeping like a baby, have so much more energy, pain is 95% gone, and I'm looking forward to many years of actively playing with my grandbabies.
Dr. Goodbinder saved my life. I have dealt with pain, many doctors, scans, blood tests, and a multitude of medications with no answers for years. My first experience was in September of 2019 when I started stuttering, my feet were numb and my heart was racing. I went to the ER three times and they kept telling me I was stressed and quickly prescribed antidepressants after only two hours. I refused to take them. Over time, my dexterity was off, I was limping, stuttering, exhausted and had numbness crawling up my legs and body. I had multiple MRIs and Guillan Barre, MS, ALS, medicine induced lupus, spondyloarthritis, and inflammatory polyarthropy were the diagnosis given. It turned out one last test showed I actually didn’t have MS or ALS. I was desperate and decided to try anything. My hair dresser lead me to a Reiki session and it was there where she said I was thinking of my body as a machine, fixing each part separately. She asked if I was open to functional medicine and whole body healing and I sobbed and said I would try anything. That is the first time I heard Dr. Goodbinder’s name. I was lucky to immediately get in for a consultation. Our first meeting was so comforting. It was the first time I felt HEARD. He asked questions, took notes, listened and asked more questions. He dug deep into my family medical history. I had never had such a thorough consultation before. He ordered several tests and assured me we would find out the why for what was happening. He was determined to figure it out so the medicine would stop masking the real problem. I was placed on a healthy diet and met with a nutritionist. Dr. Goodbinder has strategic systems for making progress towards feeling better while you wait for your test results. He doesn’t wait for results and then prescribe medicine. He wanted to problem-solve and educate me with whole body health. The entire team is lovely and they all want their clients to feel better. After twenty-eight days, my results showed I had Lyme disease, I am allergic to certain foods, had a mold exposure and toxic levels of heavy metals in my system. I carry the Alzheimer’s gene and have a 76% of getting it. BUT-it can be fixed…Cue the tears again-I sobbed. I can be helped? I finally knew Why. It was finally confirmed I was not crazy and that my pain was valid. It took three years to reach this conclusion!! I continue to stay with Dr. Goodbinder because I trust him. After just five weeks of listening and following his guidance, my inflammation markers went from a 4.5 to a .4 and I’m able to start eliminating medications. This is incredible! Everyone deserves to have a life of heath and happiness. My story is a testament to never settle. If you don’t feel something is right, keep fighting and searching for someone who WILL listen. Dr. Goodbinder is that guy and I’m forever grateful to him for what he has helped me accomplish. I’m forty-three years old, married and have a thirteen year old daughter. I have been working with Dr. Goodbinder for about 4-5 months. I originally went in for a laundry list of complaints to include weight gain, gut issues, inflammation, pain, low energy and really bad brain fog. I needed a reset badly. I followed the 30 day detox program with Monica, meeting with her weekly, while we awaited my lab results and had wonderful results. At the end of that 30 days, my inflammation and pain was gone and I was able to start exercising again. Once we receive my lab results, Dr. Goodbinder tailored a plan to get my overall health back on track. This includes monthly chelation and many temporary supplements. I am still working through my gut and brain fog issues, but Ive seen improvements in those areas as well. It’s a commitment to make huge changes like this, but I truly believe it’s worth it!
