Asked for a Long Island ice tea they gave me a water down coke. Like if you don’t know how to make something just say that, instead of me wasting my money. I could have gone somewhere else
Good spot for a quick drive thru. However, They are never stocked fully and out of products on a regular basis. Some of the females there would rather chat with the cars in the bay instead of servicing them and letting them go. They also need more options in drinks! Nothing diet except diet coke. Adventure out and get some Pepsi products in diet please. It's an okay place if you're just needing a quick drink or cigarettes.
This Place is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Never been to others so I can't speak to my experience at any other drive thru convenience store but this place was cool ; Will be back and would recommend you swing by and give it a shot if this is the type of place you might visit. Pretty cool concept and in this case a great execution of it. Give it a try if you're in the area!
I just left with my friend and the lady Heather, was nice at first. Between us we ordered 6 drinks. She asked us to pull to the side and wait. We waited for like 40 minutes 4 cars came and left while we sat there and she finally gave use some of our order and took our signed receipts and said she would be right back with the rest of our order and straws. So we werent able to give her the cash tip. Then she came back basically throwing the last drinks at us and didnt give us any straws and was mad that we didnt give her a tip on our cards. She didnt even give us a chance to tip and we shouldnt be forced to put a tip on our cards when between us we paid about 70 dollars in drinks. I will not be returning to thos location.
People there are super friendly and attentive. They got my drink in less than 5 minutes some locations can take 20
I have used all three locations here in Abilene and I have never felt like a new customer. All the staff is very friendly. I've called to check stock before going by there, and "B" just happened to be the one to answer the phone each time at two different locations. She's very friendly and professional and always gone above to make sure my question was answered, not just answered but answered right. I have to say though all of the employees have gone out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer leaving there. Be it for smokes, drinks or just ice...You won't find service and staff like this anywhere else, that's for sure. Keep up the good job guys.
Awesome staff!! Fast & friendly service. They pay attention to the customer. I visit this Eskimo hut at least 4 to 5 times, sometimes 7 or more times in a week so I'm definitely a regular. The ladies will smile and ask if I want my usual, which is ozarka water and Gatorade. That speaks volumes to a customer right there!! So to all the staff at the Eskimo hut on S.27th street Abilene Texas, your customer service is bar none! Keep up the fantastic work!!

This place is great. I was greeted promptly. They were great about answering any questions I had and I had a few this being my first time there. The guy was super cool and polite. The service was fast and the drinks were great Double Shot [seasonal special] "Frostbite" Daiquiri. Will be back.
They are never open on time we use to go get drinks for the whole crew in the mornings but they dont ever open when the sign says. Also we always tipped but I have noticed they sure take their time getting change and very rarely bring coin change back. They would make more tips if they didn't ask every customer if they wanted the change back.we go to striped in the morning way more drinks for everybody we get back the right change and they are fast and pleasant there. Sorry I wish I had good things to say.
