My family and I have never had any issues doing walk-in care. While there have been waits that is to be expected for walk-in, staff has always been kind. We have always had wonderful doctors and gotten the answers we needed.
As others have said in their reviews, the rudest front desk people I have ever encountered in any professional environment. I went in today for a letter that was supposed to be ready yesterday. A curly haired front desk person cut me off when I was explaining what I meant and then immediately told me she couldn’t help. Apparently I was at the wrong location. I asked her to call the other office, another Everett Clinic, and her and the other front desk person who was literally shaking her head “No”while I was talking to the curly haired person decided they would not even call. In the end, they printed me an unsigned letter and directed me to drive 30 minutes out of my way. When I made it to the other facility, they were baffled at why Snohomish didn’t just call to find out what was going on. Don’t go here!
Made an appointment for my aunt, she was from out of state. Online appointment only 3:4pm i made it online for her, even said it was made, , took her 20 min early, lady at front desk rude and pushed my aunts appointment to 5th person. She waited 2 hours us to see doctor. Lady at front desk said she didn't make an appointment online, I know for a fact she did!! I did it for her.
Dr. Beaumont is incredible. She was my daughter’s pediatrician before we moved out of Snohomish. She always offers great and caring advice, answering any concern you may have, in a respectful and professional way. I am thankful my daughter was under her care for the time we were there. This clinic has great and friendly staff. The wait times can sometimes be a bit long when waiting in the room for the doctor or nurse, but it is what it is.
Why can't you provide Walk-in Clinic wait times over the phone? Why should I have to drive all the way over there to find out?
I just had to re-schedule an appointment for my father and was on the phone with a representative named Dan. He is such a precious soul. Really made me laugh and made my appointment in three minutes. Love this kind of customer service. At the Snohomish Everett Clinic Location.
So brought a friend today to her appointment we were 2 minutes late due to a 4 car accident on the road and was turned away!! This was a follow up appointment after discharge. Now she has no pain medication and has to suffer for 3 days til her appointment. When she called for refill they wouldn't fill her prescription without seeing her first. This is no way to treat people. I hope my friend finds a new clinic definitely will not recommend Everett clinic to anyone.
I showed up and walked in and this is one of the best experiences I have had . They took me straight in and did full blood work, EKG and made it a fun time even though I was struggling. Thank you for the best experience I could have during this time of need.
Quite possibly, the RUDEST most UNFRIENDLY Receptionist I have ever come in contact with. I have never once been greeted by the woman at the front desk - Instead, I am told "one second" and I do not believe she has ever looked at me directly. Checking into this clinic is a lot like the DMV. NOT personable whatsoever. As soon as you walk in the door, she gives off the impression of 'what the f'k are you doing here?' With that being said, once you enter the back-office, it is a different story. All of the nurses and other support staff are very helpful and friendly and my doctor is great. However, due to the fact that every time I come in I will have to interact with the sour-personality of the Receptionist, I do not believe I will ever return to this clinic. So sad that this is the person they have representing this place.
I'm visiting family from out of town, got sick and feared it was the flu. Came here because it was nearby. Was seen almost immediately. Loved the nurses and Dr. Truong - truly wonderful, caring people. Flu test was negative so I went home. I got worse so came back a few days later and again was seen immediately and got Dr. Truong again who remembered everything about me. My cold had turned into bronchitis so he gave me 3 scripts. Super impressed with the whole operation. I was treated like a long time patient. So nice to know I have a reliable, comforting place to go if I need to again. Now if the meds would only start working! Update: a few days after I posted the above review I started feeling better but then this evening much worse. I called after 5pm and was routed to the main "switchboard" for various locations and was told that I couldn't be transferred the Snohomish location after 5 and that I should go in person. I explained my situation - that I couldn't get to the clinic before they closed and really needed to speak to a doctor. The operator was extremely helpful and was able to get a message to the clinic but said she doubted they would be able to return my call tonight. So I was pleasantly surprised when I doctor/PA called me back within 30 minutes. He answered my questions and instructed me to come in tomorrow morning. I thanked him for returning my call and he said they try their hardest to return all calls the same day and that he had 60 more calls to make after mine! So far they're 3 for 3 - meaning that my 3 experiences with them exceeded my expectations.
