Where the heck do you apply ?? & im guessing a major downside for this place is having the wash literally in your back yard not to mention all the community residents this reside in the wash aswell, yikes.
Management changes so often and have a hard time keeping up with request and paperwork. Parking is a huge issue there's no designated spot per apartment yet only one car is allowed per apartment. So if there's more than one driving adult your on your own to figure out where to park. I personally can not wait to get the heck out of here. It's like living under your parents rules at all times in an extreme way. Hallways always smell like rotting trash, neighbors across the hall smoke weed 24/7 and it's annoying smelling that all the time and even sadder that they're doing this with baby's in their apartment. Homeless people are always hanging out on premises and peeing everywhere. The building doors are always broken which anyone and everyone can easily come in and out so building is definitely not safe. At one point everything was great but seems like the people chosen to run the place each time get picked at random now.
Kimberley Logan she did such an amazing and phenomenal job helping my 80 yr old Chinese mom and is very helpful and nice
I love this place so much that I hope one day I can live here
This place is really nice looking and modern but a little too easy to sneak into. They may want to revisit their security practices.
