The center recently completed a major redevelopment, creating a renewed, vibrant and premier community shopping environment in Ogden. The redevelopment includes new shops, a tri-sided 30-foot tall LED pylon sign, three new monument signs, and distinctive upgrades to the shopping center’s façade, landscaping and parking lot. In addition, Harmon's recently completed a major renovation of the interior and exterior of its store and Planet Fitness expanded their gym by an additional 6,000 square feet. The LED portion of the tri-sided pylon sign will be programmed for creative, extensive and entertaining advertising and branding of the retailers in the shopping center as well for the use by the local community. There is no cost to our retailers or the organizations in the community for their use of the LED screens.
The Family Center at Ogden Five Points has limited availability of spaces available for entrepreneurial business owners. Restaurant and other food uses are highly encouraged.
