I've been a patient of Dr. Schmidt for about 2 years now, and I must say, I am extremely happy with the care I've received. The entire staff is friendly, the office is ran efficiently, no long wait times, front office communicates any scheduling or insurance information necessary to make you feel included and comfortable with your visit. Dr. Schmidt's bedside manor is refreshingly nice and empathetic. He takes the time to explain your healthcare and your options. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I really wish I had read reviews before deciding to make this hell of a practice my PCP. Outside of the nonchalant demeanor of the doctor and the rude incompetent front desk staff I am completely dissatisfied with the level of service that is provided especially to new patients. I will be reaching out to my insurance to insist they are removed as an option. No one should have to deal with being berated by the staff. On top of the fact that you’ll receive an 9:15 appointment and the doctor rolls on at 9:13 with Dunkin’ Donuts and as of 10:00 I still haven’t been seen. There’s no regard for my time or health here.

I just LOVE Dr.Schmidt! He's very thorough and fully cares about his patients, I've never had such great care before, I've been going to the office for a few years now, the doctor is extremely compassionate, and Natalie the office manager is just plain AMAZING! I had an emergency and she took care of everything for me with the insurance really fast, she is such a sweet compassionate person,

Horrible doctor..! NO STARS if I could! Office staff hate each other and were very rude to me, a new patient! Imagine? When I finally got to see the doctor, he hardly looked at me for more then a minute! He was more interested in reading and writing into his computer then looking at me or examining me for 5 seconds!? After all that, the staff forgot to do the cardiogram that he asked for because I was have blood pressure issues! Lastly... whatever he called into the pharmacy was rejected by the pharmacy two times! Then cvs.. couldn't get them to call back! He's the last Doctor I'd trust for Anything! Don't go there unless you want to hear his girls argueing!! HORRIBLE PLACE! I'm surprised he still has a license!

Dr. Michael Schmidt grabbed me by my buttocks, turned me around and pushed me over the room bed and kept repeating bend over, bend over while smirking. There was three witnesses. Two girls working their clinicals and my fiance. Now the office is trying to illegally bill me. Evil people.

This place is the worst! Believe the reviews! I came there last week with a friend and witness NATALIE being rude to people! NATALIE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE!! I want everyone to know do NOT COME HERE! You’d be better off googling web md and diagnosing yourself! Sat there for an hour with my friend before she was seen. What’s the use in having an appointment when they will see you on their own time and no empathy or customer service skills AT ALL! DONT COME HERE!

I’m only writing this hoping that the resident doctor who was there today gets to see it. Elizabeth made my whole day! She’s beautiful, caring, kind and considerate. That woman is amazing! I’d switch doctors in a heartbeat if I could be friends with her.

I don’t know where to start to express my gratitude for today’s visit,. I’m a new patient of Dr Michael Schmidt and will be one forever. I was welcomed by Lisa and Stephanie at the front desk with beautiful smiles and such a great attitude ! There are couple of other ladies in the office that unfortunately I forgot their names  I promise I will mention them in my next review after my follow up visit . Dr Schmidt is very smart and really dedicated to make sure that all my health problems was taken care of . Dr Schmidt and his sweet assistant really took their time to discuss my treatment and additionally gave me couple of great advices . Thank you Dr Schmidt, you are one of the kind doctor with really caring heart. Not to mention that before I left front desk ladies made sure that my prescription was processed at the pharmacy. If you need really good dr office don’t hesitate and give them a call today , you will be in very good hands for the rest of your life !! Thank you all for making my visit the greatest experience I’ve ever had !!! I’m also planning to add my daughter and husband to Dr Smith as a new patients.

The Dr. has a very poor ‘bedside manner’ & has genuinely seemed unconcerned about my health & well being for years. The desk staff seem like they don’t want to be there. Long wait times. Wednesday is walk-in from 9am but the Dr. often arrives around 10am. Location was convenient for me but I did finally switch after they sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy then wanted me to come back in, pay for another visit just to get another prescription. Idiots! $$ comes first here NOT patients.
