caring, compassionate, helpful in the best kind of way, and they make you feel at ease with what just happened. The owners are more than great at what they do. They have helped my family out multiple times in our darkest hour. The services they hosted for our mother make you feel a little better about say goodbye to your loved ones. When this happens this is one thing you don't even want to deal with when your lose family like I have but the are there for you any question or concern I had I would text them and an immediate answer and the pricing was great for what we did at there services. I would recommend them to any one who needs a place to say good to there loved one. Thank you for all that you have helped my family with.

My father passed away this January and my sisters and I wanted to find to find a perfect and affordable location for his viewing. After visiting three different locations we decided to go with Shannon’s Mortuary. Unlike other locations, to them, this wasn’t just business. They showed so much respect, care, and sympathy, and patience for our family I am so glad we chose them. They made such a difficult process very smooth and they were very thorough while explaining everything. We were very pleased with my father’s viewing in general. He looked very peaceful and nicely dressed with the outfit we chose for him. The chapel they offered was beautiful and it turned out to be a beautiful ceremony. I absolutely love all these girls for taking such good care of us during such a hard time. Highly recommended.

The Shannon Family Mortuary did a wonderful job in guiding our family through this most difficult time. Within 20 minutes of my grandfather's passing, I was able to reach Beka, their Funeral Arrangement Specialist. She was so compassionate with our whole family, especially my grandmother, who has Alzheimers and just lost her husband of 65 years. Beka was incredibly patient as we made decisions, ensuring that my Grandma had the time needed to understand what she was being asked and to express her needs. There was even one point in a conversation where my mom and I were crying, and Beka's compassion showed through as she cried along with us. We felt nothing but respect and compassion from everyone we worked with.  We were impressed at how affordable it was, and how we felt like we were sitting across the table from a friend in their home at the location. When my grandmother passes which, Lord willing, will be a long time from now, we know who we will turn to for support during that time: Shannon Family Mortuary.

Where do I even start? What an amazing family owned business, from the initial consultation with Charles listening to all of my concerns and answering all of my questions. I have often heard of great things coming from the Shannon family mortuary but to see it up close and personal I must say they were the most caring, understanding and compassionate people in a most important phase you could ever ask for. Truly a caring and comforting experience, and that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. Charles, Julie and the entire staff at Shannon Family Mortuary have my highest regards, and I will forever be grateful for their services! My husband and I dreaded that fact that one day we would have to complete our paperwork for our own funerals. After losing my mom and realizing this is reality, I made our appointment with Shannon Mortuary. Shannon Mortuary came highly recommended by a friend that used them after losing his wife. Rosemary and Carlos presented us with information that we were interested in and made the process so easy and simple. We are now set and have made it easier for our children when our time comes. I wanted to give my personal opinion about Shannon Family Mortuary. Our family has experienced the tragic and unexpected loss of two our family members. The director of the mortuary was able to walk our family through our time of mourning. I cannot recommend this mortuary enough. If you want a business who is willing and able to navigate the details. Such a clean and stunning facility! The staff working with the Shannon Family Mortuary are some of the best people! Made the process of burying two loved ones so seamless. Led beautiful ceremonies and created an environment of peace for my family. Cannot say thank you enough!

Shannon's family mortuary has stellar customer service, operates with integrity and has been in the industry for a very, very long time. I can truly say they care deeply about every customer and never hesitate to always go the extra mile to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. An attribute like that is a rare find these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The first time I attended a Service at Shannon I was in my early 20's when a friends Mom died.  They were fantastic.  Recently they handled my Mother Carol, and had all the details perfect.  We chose an informal setting with food and drinks for a festive viewing, and a celebration of Life with Private Interment.  The Memorial Flier was outstanding and the best value was the Photo Video which staff Member Greg Olivas made.  It was fantastic.  I encourage anyone to do this photo video, because it puts your loss in perspective showing a lifetime of accomplishments, Loving family and friends, and special Milestones.  We tend to think of the last couple years when someone dies, and this puts it in Perspective.  Thanks again, to Randy, Greg and Mrs. Bryan for a great job!

I have witnessed this mortuary service company a few times and their representatives have always been rude to the people that they provide their services to.  Every time I have seen them work, they disrespect and make fun of the funeral service while the people are inside mourning.  There is a man in particular who is very rude and should not be working in this field.  Today, for example, he was in the vestibule during mass at Holy Family Cathedral loudly talking about his expertise in cooking chili and only paused to make fun of the mass for the poor man who had just died.  DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. ~Dr. G
