The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, staff is well informed, professional and courtesy. Customer service is exceptional. They will have your prescription ready in less than 10 minutes and they accept all major insurance companies. Free delivery and conveniently located.
The employees are always super nice. I've never had any problems getting my meds in a timely manner and the male pharmacist with the accent is very charming and handsome : they also have FREE delivery for my mom whose getting older. Cant beat that!
Kind, helpful, clean, and short wait times await you at either of the Family Pharmacy's on the east side of El Paso Texas. Very well trained staff I and others I have spoken with always have to say about this store. Also the prices are amazing. The owner of these two stores is truly appreciated by my family and friends.
Prescriptions ready in under 10 minutes...the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure having my prescription filled there. I highly recommend the family pharmacy. The pharmacist is professional and very friendly.
A friend walked in to ask about volunteer experienced and was judged on the way she was dressed and was immediately sent away. A graduate with who graduated both high school and college each in 3 years. I have never met a more unprofessional pharmacist in my life. Overall very rude and I wish things would have been handled better. Best bet I will not stop by this pharmacy ever again.
They had posted on their website, door, and voicemail that they opened on Saturdays at 9:30am. After my early Saturday morning doctor's appt. I arrived at the Family Pharmarcy around 9:16am. Realizing I was early, decided to sit in my car and wait until they opened so I could get my prescription filled. At 9:30 I went to the door, no one was there, waited until 9:40am and tried again, same result. Went back to my car and called the pharmacy to hear the voicemail where they say they open at 9:30am on Saturdays! It is now 10:00am and I'm writing this review and they still haven't opened! Very Disappointing! Time to find a pharmacy that tells the truth about their Saturday hours!!!!
Only pharmacy I'll go to. They're fast, friendly, and considerate. I have a Walgreens 2 minutes from my house but I choose to drive 20 minutes to go to Family Pharmacy. Highly recommended.
The worse service ever, they look mad..
