The Fields of New Market is the your home away from home when visiting the Texas Renaissance Festival, the nation's largest Renaissance theme park
Welcome to the Fields of New Market, the official campground of the Texas Renaissance Festival. Whether you are an RV enthusiast, enjoy the comforts of a trailer, or prefer tent camping, the Fields of New Market's accommodations, amenities, and activities provide the setting for a memorable and fun outing.
Located in Todd Mission, Texas, just 50 miles northwest of Houston, The Fields of New Market is your home away form home when visiting the Texas Renaissance Festival.
Camping at the Fields of New Market is also very affordable. Just $25 per vehicle (truck/car and trailer combination count as one vehicle). Also, you must have a ticket to the Texas Renaissance Festival in order to camp.
Our 200 acre campsite has everything you need to make camping memories with family or friends. Whether it is the communal bonfire, fire performers, clan encampments or of course the Texas Renaissance Festival, you'll notice that fun is the main attraction!

- Food and Drink Trucks
- Permanent and Portable Restrooms
- Shower Facilities
- Water and Dump Stations
To enter the campgrounds, take FM 1774 to Country Road 302, just north of the festival main gates. The entrance is clearly marked on the left of Country Road 302. There will be signs and a peace officer to help guide you.
Separated from the main camping, there is a designated Quiet Camping area. If you elect to camp within this area, please respect your fellow campers and refrain from loud noise after 10 pm.
No reservations are required; entrance is based on a first come, first serve basis. Campsites are not previously designated.
No pets are allowed at any time.
The grounds are patrolled regularly by police officers. If there are any issues, security can be reached at 936-727-1800
