I absolutely love simply Diego's. Probably the best pet store in Albuquerque. They have high quality food, self wash dog washing stations, great customer service, great customer loyalty programs, everyone is extremely friendly and always very knowledgeable about even the smallest details of their products. Their prices are reasonable, it's always a joy going there. I would give them more stars if I could.
Diego's is simply the best place to find extremely knowledgeable help when choosing the right food for your pet! My dog Emmie is a regular customer & knows exactly where her favorite treat is, and brings it to me! They answer all my questions, and do everything they can to help me feed my extremely picky girl. I recommend them to every dog owner I know. They have everything I need to give my Emmie a happy, healthy life!
What a difference! Giving our dog a bath at home has been difficult for everyone, particularly Molly, our pittie rescue. No more! Molly still didn’t love her bath, but I sure did! No more aching back, yelling, yanking, and running after a wet dog who jumped out of the tub. We are sold on Simply Diego’s!
i discovered Simply Diego's this morning after coming back from a 9 days camping road trip with my dogs and I was in need of a place to take them to get a bath! They answered right away with same day availability. I took one of my dogs down there and the place and service is great. I was also able to get some calming treats for the 4th of July fireworks as well as other treats for my girls. We will go there for now on for treats, amazing services and bath! thanks you.
Diego's is amazing! Took my 2 small boys on for baths. They furnished everything! 2 towels for each dog, shampoo and conditioner. Then the was the hair dryer! Wasn't sure how the boys would do but they pulled through! They left with their heads held high a d their tails wagging. THANK YOU DIEGO'S FOR THIS MUCH NEEDED SERVICE!
I've been the Simply Diego's 3 times, each visit is more impressive than the last. Ashley took a few minutes and helped me fit a no pull harness. She took the time to fit MC properly and explain how to use the harness. This personalized customer service has made me a customer for life. Thank you Ashley and Simply Diego's. Can't wait to use the self service Dog Wash next weekend.
Our first time here was great!! We took our black German Shepard to get a bath and they explained everything to us and the whole set up was so much easier than bathing him at home! They also have a great selection of all natural treats and food! We will definitely be coming back!
It was a little crowded getting inside the store because the checkout is right by the door. I brought my dog in for a bath and the tubs are able to be raised, which is so nice for your back! The force dryers can be adjusted for whatever your dog is comfortable with, however, I wish the maximum setting blew harder than it does, as it did not dry her double coat as well as other dryers I have used.
This pet store is my new favorite I've been frequenting the past year. They have great natural, high-quality selections, a variety of toys, and *consistently* warm, wonderful customer service. I appreciate Simply Diegos.
Simply Diego's is simply the best! So here's a little story about why I would drive to the moon to visit them. I discovered Simply Diego's when I adopted my dog, Nya, from Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico 16 months ago. I received information about free pet food that I could get from them, so we went to get it, particularly because it was food that Nya had been eating while she was with her foster. I fully intended to wean Nya off of the food, because I wanted to buy her food somewhere closer to us we live in Rio Rancho, so it's a 45 minute drive for us. But then Simply Diego's stole my heart... The staff at this store are AMAZING! They are kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and want. Nya loves going there, because she gets all the love - it's Disneyland for her! And I love having conversations with them. The staff are the best part of visiting. They also carry the best products. Everything they sell is very high quality without being too EXPENSIVE. Nya's favorite toys are the toys we have bought here. But I think my favorite thing about them is their generosity with their customers and the community. They alway make a concerted effort to give their customers little extras to spoil the fur babies. And they are on track to donate around $40,000 to community organizations this year! Thank you Roberto and staff I need all of your names!! for always treating Nya like royalty, and for being a great place to visit. I would gladly drive all the way to the moon for you. Photo is Nya with the new toy we bought yesterday. She hasn't stopped playing with it since we got home!
