The First Year Experience at Cedar Crest College includes four primary elements: The First Year Seminar course, the shared read, a half-credit course focused on optimal wellness, and a half-credit course focused on preparing for one's career. All first-year traditional-aged students who begin their studies at Cedar Crest College in the fall semester are required to complete the FYE.
