The 50 MINUTE FACTOR Class:
Our signature 50 Minute Factor class incorporates high intensity intervals of cardio and strength into a streamlined 50 minute class set to hand-selected music with consideration for all your sweating and hard work. Our space is a party in a box- we burn fat with exercises that strengthen your body in sections and isolate muscle groups. Expect your body to quickly become more tone and sensuous as fitness becomes life with our unique circuit training program.

The Barre Factor Class:
A unique and fun low impact and high intensity 50 minute full body Pilates class using ballet barre techniques, weights, mat Pilates work and of course music! This fat-burning and muscle sculpting class lengthens and strengthens your muscles, as you''re burning fat. Work on your center of balance and maximize your bodies full potential. Your butt will thank you for it!

The FIT FACTOR FIGHT CLUB Class:
This is a high intensity workout instructed by our instructor Jamal Harris, a former professional boxer. This workout is a mixture of cardio and low intensity muscle strengthening exercises designed to target key areas; abs, arms, shoulders, and thighs. The workout begins with a warm-up on the treadmill…from there the workout will consist of three minute boxing rounds with 1 minute rests…but you won’t be resting. You will build from basic boxing stance to several shadow boxing combinations. Come prepared to train like a champion!

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING:
Feel lost? Our personal trainers will assist you and guide you through the equipment, proper use and each exercise. Our trainers tailor each fitness program to your individual needs based on age, physical shape and life style. Our personal trainers will build your program with safety, knowledge and experience and gradually increase your fitness level one step at a time. Your goals may be weight loss, flexibility training, to gain muscle mass or strength, post rehabilitation, corrective posture training, strengthen your lower back or knees, general, youth or senior fitness. Whatever your goals, our trainers will get you to your results. You will feel the immediate health benefits of feeling better, gaining strength, sleeping more soundly and enjoying a consistent level of energy throughout the day. You can choose personal training as a one-on-one service with one of our experienced trainers or choose to train in a partner session with your friend or significant other. FIT FACTOR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
The Fit Factor is a reservation only fitness studio. Each clients must go online and reserve their space in a class prior to class beginning.
In the event that you need to cancel your class reservation , you must cancel online at least 8 hours in advance of the class you cannot attend to avoid any penalty.
If you "Late Cancel" (i.e. canceling online less than 8 hours in advance of the class you reserved and cannot attend) you will be able to keep your class on your tuition and you will receive a $15 late convenience fee from your Series or Monthly Membership. We love our small intimate classes and pride ourselves on that. If you late cancel, that holds a spot for another Fit Fanatic and they need time to get in to their favorite class if you cancel.
If you "No Show" (i.e. failing to show up for any reserved class and failing to cancel online), a $25 No Show Fee will automatically apply, but you will retain the class credit for use during your current Series or Monthly Membership term.
