I'm Angela Hamann a fitness enthusiast with 8 years group exercise instructor training. Excited to offer a wide variety of fitness training for all exercise levels. Come to class and experience a fun, supportive, training session. We will use the 25 acre expanse of our farm to bring you a dynamic work out!
At $5 a class, there are no excuses not to come and get your sweat on!
