Ben Sheriff and Rachel Kaskin are both certified personal trainers.
Ben has an Exercise Science degree and has a passion for helping people meet their weight loss goals.
Rachel is a certified Piloxing and Piloxing Knockout instructor. She currently teaches group classes at a local gym in Easley.
Both Ben and Rachel have had their own struggles with finding balance with fitness, food, and health. They became personal trainers because they wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals.
