Chris is great to work with!!! I had to move from another PT office to fitness lab because I was not getting the results I needed. In just a couple of weeks working with Chris, I feel like I have progressed much more than I had in a few months with the previous PT! I really appreciate how they focus on my weaknesses instead of just giving me generic exercises to do.
My experience at The Fitness Lab has been great. The Lab was referred by my primary care doctor. Everyone from the receptionist to the physical therapists are very helpful. We started with an analysis of my knee and leg needing strengthening. This part really helped me understand what my issues were with bone, muscle, tendon, and ligament structure and need for tightening and conditioning. While I am still in the early stages of my PT, I am confident that the we are making good progress. The facility is clean, the equipment up to date.
I had a shoulder replacement surgery and I have just started to work with Allison Shane and she is an excellent therapist. I would highly recommend working with her and the Fitness Lab.
This place is the best. My surgeon sent me to this facility following ACL surgery. I see why, as it is top notch, the place on the outside seems very unassuming, but don't be fooled. The amount of magic on the inside is beyond belief, the space is very open, warm and welcoming, clean and organized, very well maintained. The vibe is very chill, and low key, yet stacked with sate of the art equipment The staff are nothing short of amazing, everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. My trainer Kyra Auten, is the best I know I am totally biased, but it's well deserved. She has an skillset that is the perfect combination of tough, knowledgeable, empathetic, practical, wam and welcoming. She has guided me on my road to recovery from an ACL surgery. If you ever have the pleasure of being in her care, you are in great hands, she really does a fantastic job. Always has a game-plan, achievable goals, and yet can easily adjust to whatever the need arises. You can tell she is well studied and experienced, but also practical and approachable. Can easily have a conversation with her about how I am feeling physically and always has helpful feedback. I can go on for day's about the fantastic work she and the entire staff do. If ever your in need of a 5 star rehabilitation center, look no further then The Fitness Lab, it will be one of the best decisions you make regarding your recovery.
I had reconstructive knee surgery in February and was not making progress with my physical therapy until I started to work with Kyra from Fitness Lab. She has been supportive and provided the right PT to get me moving forward in my recovery.
Went here after I tore my ACL to pre-hab and post surgery rehab. Found them through Google, and after some not so great other PT experiences was nervous, but the Fitness Lab is FAB. Really clean and modern facility that includes a gym. The PTs all have advanced degrees and know what their talking about. I feel really positive about my ACL journey with them.
I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for awhile and was finally fed up with it. I decided to visit the Fitness Lab since it was near by and was paired with Allison. She has been amazing! I really appreciate her explaining what the exercises or movements are supposed to do within your body and why that may help the problem area. She is kind, patient, and funny. : I look forward to our sessions and continuing to work towards a more pain free life.
TFL has been amazing for my health. With a chronic illness that affects my strength and flexibility, Tim has tailored work outs and treatments that allows me to feel healthy day to day. The team is knowledgeable, caring, and great to work with.
The Fitness Lab is outstanding, mostly because I work with Brooke Malloy. I have been to many PTs over the last 20 years and I have never had an experience that was as beneficial to me as The Fitness Lab. Brooke takes the time to explain the "why" for everything that she asks me to do. I often look back and wish all of my previous physical therapists had given me the simple tools she has given me, which have allowed me to make significant progress in a short amount of time. I look forward to each and every opportunity that I have to meet with Brooke, as we discuss the current obstacles I am facing and make a game plan to overcome them. Unlike other PTs in the past who have told me simply to avoid movements that hurt, Brooke has worked with me to get me to a place where I can do all of the strength training and/or pilates moves that I want. Thank you for being my champion, Brooke!
I appreciate the level of listening, compassionate care, and effective solutions. I feel like I'm getting treated like a whole person, literally, the treatment is working because it is addressing my whole body, not just the part that hurts.
