The Fitness Mill, owned by Alex Carbone, was opened October 11, 1993 by original owner Allen Calogero. A walk up the steep, winding staircase leads you to the 27,000 square foot two floor facility inside the Mill #3 located at 587 Main St. in New York Mills.
Twenty four years later it has grown to one Full Time General Manager and 28 Part Time employees. What makes The Fitness Mill different from other fitness centers in the area is that feeling of being "home" when you walk through the door.
