Flower essence therapy is the most safe, gentle and effective method of managing stress and achieving emotional balance at the deepest level. When a person is in a state of inner peace, that inner peace supports the body to be in a state of optimal health.
Studies have repeatedly linked stress to disease. The Bach Flower Essences are tools that will easily bring you back into a state of emotional equilibrium.
Flower essences have been around since ancient times. However, about 80 years ago Edward Bach, a British physician, bacteriologist, immunologist, pathologist, homeopath and surgeon identified a system of 38 essences that would help make the essences and information about the essences more accessible. He developed the healing technology that would make them practical for everyday use in our modern culture.
Are they essential oils? NO. They are not essential oils nor are they herbs. This is the most common misunderstanding involving the essences. They contain no allergens, oils, scents or physical part of the flower.
A flower essence is the bioenenergetic imprint of the flower, transferred by the sun's rays into the water and stabilized. In other words, the water contains the flower's vibration. When you undergo flower essence therapy, you consume this water that has the vibration of the particular flower in it. The physical body is up to 70% water and water has a memory. The water in your body will be subtly affected by the flower essences to bring you into a state of balance.
The flowers address issues such as fear, panic, jealousy, confidence and self worth, depression and more.
Some things about me:
* I am a wife and mother of 3 who came to learn about the flowers to help my children become the best versions of themselves possible.
* I had been a psychologist with 13 years of experience. I quit my job with a sense that I needed to reinvent myself.
* I am a student practitioner. I'm at the end of the Bach Center certification program.
*I first came into contact with the flower as an infant. I was ill and my mother took me to a naturopathic doctor who prescribed flower essences to me!
