The Freedom Center of Interim HealthCare® is a social model structured day program located in the historic Valley Cadillac Building in the heart of the East End in Rochester, New York. It is designed for people facing everyday physical and cognitive challenges, and who want to meet people, gain skills, and be more involved in the community.
As a member of The Freedom Center, you will work with other members to create a personalized calendar, filled with programs that are chosen and planned by you! You can be a part of The Freedom Center newsletter, walks around the community, outings to various places around Rochester, game days, holiday parties, and more!
