I bought a few different pieces of furniture from The Furniture Brothers. Everything came delivered on time and the assembly was done quick right in my house. All around great service and a great team of employees. I told all my friends and family about this company and will continue shopping here for all my future needs.
Tom and George are the owners. They are very nice and helpful. I was looking for a black leather sectional, and they showed me a nice one on their screen in their office. It was delivered and assembled the next day with out any problems. I thought they had great customer service and made furniture shopping easy.
Please do not go to this place otherwise you want your money to be stolen. I bought my furniture from this guy, he deliver some of the stuff and did not deliver the rest. when I went back to get rest of my stuff he was never there and never answer my phone calls or text messages. In the end I had to call the police but even then he still never returned my money or give me the stuff that he supposed to give me. The owner name is George please do not trust this guy. You better off going to professional place to buy your furniture.
Owner, Tom, posts his furniture on Facebook Marketplace. He didn't show up, twice, and made me travel 80 minutes in subzero weather, in the dark, to find out he couldn't sell the furniture to be. He didn't respond until 2 hours after we arranged to meet. The next day he decided not to deliver the furniture as he promised. He didn't respond until hours later. I don't know why anyone would make a human being go through all of that, not to mention, the entire day I lost waiting for him to respond... Is this the type of businessman you want working for you? Would you buy furniture from someone who does this to customers? Not ONCE did he apologize, either. Did I mention that? Nope. No apology... On top of it, I was very nice and patient, but looking back, I probably shouldn't have been because he took my niceness and trampled all over it. Tom Stanil is a horrible human being.
I bought a few items from the furniture brothers today and I have to say that it was a great experience. The twins George and Tomwere both very polite and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks, Pam in McHenry
Awesome place, best service, best prices, very good quality. I bought everything in my house from Furniture Brothers and I am really satisfied. I recommend.
Don't waste your time. Drove 30 min and place is basically closed.Door was locked and said open . Had to call multiple times , finally answered and complete disappointment inside. All photos in review are not accurate. They are from the internet. Not this store. There is no inventory like website says. Beware.
This Brothers are Awesome. The Best I've ever encounter with my life. One word what I'm feeling right now is "SATISFIED".
Best customer service i have ever dealt with, I would recommend this place for everyone and i am going to. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you want in a timely manner. Best Place EVER!!!
