I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Manufacturer pushed back my original order for months. Anthony kept me updated and when I said I was ready to find a different piece, he was quick to help! When it came in, he made sure it was delivered at my earliest convenience! The customer service has been so amazing!
Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Also as looking around the representative helping was very knowledgeable regarding all furniture. The buying process was fast and easy. The delivery, amazing! Delivery crew work careful, clean and puntual. Have never been so happy from service like The furniture exchange has to offer.
Amazing quality couches american made. And lifetime warranty, free delivery! Maybe the prices are not for everyone but if you want quality things that can last your dogs and kids. This is the way to go. Was planning on going the cheaper route for couches but then I realized how much they cost and they are made with soft wood and staples cheap fabric sponge and cotton. Plus the 3rd party warranty have it marked to the year that your couches will probably not work anymore.
Okay so made a mistake and bought a couch for my Mom in MAY from some other store was to be there in 3 weeks. Was still waiting..almost September. Went in on a whim this past Sunday. Mark was fantabulous!!! Found the exact couch, much better quality and only a few Benjamin's more so worth it already They deliveed today Tuesday. Mom is so greatful. Said deliver guys were mret excellent!! And her cats are already taking claim. We definitely know where we will come when we need new furniture from now on. You truly get what you pay for these days. Before you sign with the other guys check Furniture Exchange out!!
Nick was awesome! Just moved out here looking for a new couch and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product I purchased! Delivery was set up for the next day! The delivery guys were so friendly and got the couch in and set up in no time! Definitely will be back if need anymore furniture! Thank you so much for making the experience great!!
The furniture is over priced.The gentleman that helped us would not leave us alone and was down talking other furniture stores and how expensive they are and the quality of their furniture was trash compared to theirs. Everything in there is overpriced and not good quality. The gentleman that followed us around did not let us look by ourselves would not leave us alone was very pushy worse than a car salesman trying to pay rent. He was talking to us as if we had no clue about pricing and was saying we would never find any other place cheaper. As we was listing to his bs we was looking the same thing up online, and the prices online was 50% cheaper for the same thing, and we had just left Sam Levitz. And for the same exact thing it was two hundred dollars cheaper at sam levitz. lol this man was over the top and needs to stop down talking other places to make a sale. Smh I'll never go in that place again.
The owner was awesome. Very efficient. Very helpful. Gave wonderful information about the furniture, explained quality and materials. Very knowledgeable. He found exactly what we were looking for and the checkout process was super fast!! Highly recommend Furniture Exchange! Great family owned business and so much variety to choose from!!
