Perhaps I’m not the target audience. Perhaps my rating is a reflection of my economic status. I have no complaints really, inventory nice, staff nice, prices are a stiff drink harsh. The inside and outside inventory are certainly laid out in a fashion for you to easily compare, enjoy and contemplate. But, holy large inflation! The prices really just made the idea of buying some quality outdoor furniture more of a wish than a possibility. In fairness, there is no junkie furniture here, and you get what you pay for, I guess I just can’t reach that deep. Sorry.
I absolutely loved this place and will be buying lots of funiture from here. Not only is the furniture absolutely gorgeous but the staff are awesome! Ashley and Ginni made us feel right at home and helped us to understand everything we needed to know. Max was my sales associate and just an awesome person! In so many ways! Choices on what I'm looking for, price to stay with and a God is Good all the time kinda guy! Such an asset for the company!! I'll definitely send people there now!
Bought tremendous amount of outdoor furniture, we love it but quality not so. Cushions on the sofa are falling apart feels like no padding what so ever. Asked about it when we ordered our daybed ottoman to match and they said nothing.

Very slow deliveries and forgetful ordered table and chairs and a patio heater ordered on Oct. 12 and received part of it Nov. 11 and forgot the patio heater so it will be another week before I see that. very expensive Table and chairs and 50% of the screws are either missing or stripped out and cannot be tightened in the chairs, I haven't checked the table yet.
Wonderful experience, sales associate Laura was so incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I have been searching for a bed for some time, and the patio shoppe has not only the best prices, but the best customer service as well. Thank you for helping me find the perfect bed for my daughter! Made an order for a set of table and chairs. The sales lady who you could never get in contact with showed us different type attached cushions and different type finishes on the table top. When we did decide on a different cushion and table top finish she didn’t order it that way. She basically ordered what was on the floor. We could of had it delivered that week, January of 2021. They said it would be 6-10 weeks for delivery. Well , it arrived in late October with the wrong cushion and table finish. There was quite a difference in the in the table and chairs we ordered. They were arrogant about it also. Our poor neighbor paid for her furniture there up front and was treated like she wasn’t even a customer from then on. Never a call back. They are arrogant. Well they are Fowler’s. Never again
Bought a Patio set in February 2021 they had the chair, recliner, fire pit and foot stool in stock. The sofa was going to have to be ordered. I was told by Mike the salesman I would get it by mid April. April came and was told it was pushed back to July, ok no worries. July came I finished paying the sofa off wasn't no sense getting in no hurry if they didn't even have it yet right? Lol. I was told it was pushed back to mid August.. hmm still not worried but concerned. August came i talked to Mike he said he never seen anything like this happen before and it wasn't like I could have had it in April or June anyway since I didn't pay it off until July. I really do not like that man. So he then tells me it will come in mid September. September rolls around I hear nothing so I post on a Fowler Brothers commercial a low and behold someone calls me for a change and tells me the actually have contacted the vendor and have a locked in delivery date of October 10th. Which believe or not I got Today October 7th they called me yesterday to be fair on the 6th. But I picked up on the 7th. I didn't see my dear friend Mike but some other salesman and told him they should do something for all the trouble I've went through with this and he said sorry everybody is going through it... I said well that sucks he just yelled back at me and said yep it sure does suck... I spent almost $5k there and a disabled vet too thats all they can say. All can say is Do Not order anything from them that is Backordered! They do not give good dates and stay away from Mike he is a total Butthead.
