The Garage Gym was born out of the need to get "back to basics". We have seen the rise in the functional fitness trend and been all too aware of some of the pitfalls and injuries that have plagued athletes. Especially athletes new to this form of working out.
We decided it was time to offer a place where athletes are not pressured by time, by rep counts or by their lack of skills.
Our mantra is "Back to Basics". We will help you to improve your fitness by ensuring that you are using the correct muscles for the movements, from a push-up to a pull-up, everything has to work correctly and at the right time. We can get you working and moving more efficiently so that you will be able to operate at your peak.
