My husband is receiving wonderful care at The Gardens of Monroe. The entire staff is so pleasant and you can tell they really care about their patients. They keep me informed which is very important to our family. The kitchen staff accommodated your likes and dislikes and the quality of the food is delicious and excellent
I would run out of space to write on this review - about Gardens at Monroe - rehab. My mom has been here a month and the care she has received has been with kindness, patience, empathy, diligence and so much care. Anything we’ve needed has been addressed. I have never experienced bringing a loved one to a rehab and being as calm as I have been while my mother has been here. I highly recommend anyone that needs rehab care and/or long term care they check out Gardens at Monroe and per my experience you’ll be met with smiles and understanding! Everyone has been amazing!
The Gardens at Monroe was very clean. We loved the idea she could get a private room. Pam was a wonderful host who answered all of our question and she is very knowledgeable and careing. The staff was very attentive. Physical therapy room looked great. Over all a good experience
This place has been nothing but excellent to my mom. The nurses are very attentive. Update. 3 weeks into this place and I can not express how incredible they are. My mother had a procedure scheduled at a hospital 30 minutes away. We forgot to bring some of the documents she would need and the people at the Gardens, unsolicited decided to drive the documents and deliver them to us. If you are doing your due diligence, don’t look further than this place. Amazing.
The Gardens at Monroe is a wonderful facility that takes care of patients with loving care, compassion and empathy. I cannot thank the staff enough, including the nurses, aids, administration, social services, PT, OT, nutrition, facilities, meal services and many others that make this team, that is taking care of my father in his toughest time of life. Just checked my mother into the Gardens. Staff were kind, attentive and professional. The residents seem well cared for and the overall atmosphere is very positive.
A truly nice, caring staff. Taking excellent care of my 93 year old father. I have experience with other facilities and this one continues to impress me.
My sister required rehab following a surgical procedure and post-op complications. The Gardens has a stellar reputation for PT and OT, so they were our first choice. They did not disappoint. The Gardens provided wonderful physical and occupational therapy and got my sister back to herself quickly. The staff of professionals is second to none. Highly recommended.
My aunt is staying at the Gardens following an emergency knee surgery. Facility is clean, and did not smell. Staff seemed caring with the little interaction I had with them. I would recommend this place to others.
Husband did his rehab after hip surgery here. The facility is clean and recently updated. The staff is caring and very accessible. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to feel comfortable about staff caring for a loved one or yourself. Attention to patient needs and successful recoveries is evident.
