Been seeing this location for too long without ever stopping in and trying their food. I finally did and was very pleased and wanted to give a thanks out to the staff. With a name like Garlic Knot, they really do deliver on flavor; the pies were delicious! There was a slight issue with the digital order process and the supervisor did an outstanding job at remedying it quickly. I definitely recommend this location to anyone - good work! Nice place. The calzone was a bit smaller than I expected. The flavor of the calzone and marinara sauce was good. Server was a little too busy but still did a good job of refilling drinks with a smile. I’ll probably stop in again before leaving town.
I've ordered here many times for delivery, but this was the first time I dined in. The food is always great but what wowed me was the level of customer service. From the lady who greeted us to the manager coming out to ask us if everything was good, 5 Star service all the way around. Great job, y'all!
I made a complaint to this establishment because I asked the name of an employee who took the pizza spatula and ran it across the floor. She than proceeded to take the pizzas out of the oven with that same pizza spatula and continued to serv people food off of it. After asking her name she flipped out on my telling me to leave, yelling obsinities at me and so on. The following day I called the owners to make a complaint. I have not returned to this buisiness for several moths because of the incident. Today I called to place an order and was told that they, no longer want to do business with me because I was rude to their staff. Seriously!? Your employee flipped out on me for simply asking her name after unsafe food practices. If that is the kind of service you wish to give you to are in the wrong! This is absolutely obsurd! You will and need to be reported to health department. To think that I easily spent $70 any time I went there and you would turn me, a paying customer away because of your employees disrespect, and bad habits. You probably shouldn't be business.
My wife ordered a pizza and it arrived wrong. My wife called and after having to try to explain what happened to the manager, clearly he wasn’t very happy with the situation but sent out another pizza. Here is how it arrived. Shame on you and your service. We’re done with trying to work with you, you clearly don’t care.
A few weeks ago, we ordered from here and our pizza was raw in the middle. We did not bring the issue up at the time because people make mistakes and it wasn’t worth the hassle. Tonight, my partner called to order, and politely mentioned that last time we ordered the pizza was very underbaked. After picking it up we discovered that the pizza was raw again, even after the employee at the cash register mentioned to my partner that he had passed along the message after we tipped generously for having to deal with our negative feedback. Not sure what’s going on but we will not be ordering from here again.
Food is delicious. Service was great. Owners are very nice. I have eaten there many times and will eat there again. Parking: Access is easy, no stairs.
I've been going to this place for years, never been disappointed. Even the one time my order was wrong, the staff was very apologetic and immediately began making me a replacement and gave me a free order of garlic knots for the trouble. The pizza is always great, and their wings are incredible, I love their buffalo sauce. The toppings always taste fresh, and they have a wide variety of specialty pies, as well as a lot of options for customization. I genuinely do not understand these one star reviews - I suppose people may have bad one-off encounters, but I've always had positive experiences. If you like NY style pizza, I highly recommend trying this place. I'm very happy that I live close enough to be able to get pizza here again and again
I really want to love this place as the other locations are great. Unfortunately after living in the area for 4 years and ordering from them several times, it is SO hit or miss. We once had a pizza given to us where the pizza was cooked without the toppings, and then they added cold toppings to it. I also have ordered a cheesecake which had mold on it. Tonight, my husband picked up a pizza that was supposed to be pepperoni, but it was ham and sausage. Not ALL of my orders from this location have been bad, however the amount of times we have ordered something whether it be delivery or pick up, we should have more consistency. I keep saying I won’t go back, but always blame it on bad staffing and assume the problem will be fixed. That doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s a bummer that it seems as though the owner cares, but the people he employs do not. I’d encourage the owner to have more of a standard with his employees before the place goes under. You’ve got the potential for a great business, your employees are ruining that for you because you allow it.
An overall enjoyable experience the staff are very friendly and quick to be of service I would definitely recommend this location the inside is pretty nice and cool to sit in and eatFood: 5/5
