We bought my engagement ring last weekend from Michelle Moccia who was WONDERFUL! She was so helpful , friendly , and knowledgeable! We had the best experience! And I absolutely love my ring ! I’d 100% recommend the Gem Collection and ask for Michelle you won’t regret it !

I'm in North Carolina, and Breanna helped me by phone, to accomplish a wonderful Pandora Birthday gift for someone very special to me there in Tallahassee; she most definitely went above and beyond, with the finishing touch of beautiful gift wrapping, not to mention her kindness and patience throughout the process!  On my next visit, I will definitely come by and meet her.  Most Appreciative!

4.5 Stars: The Gem Collection is absolutely the place to go!  I have had several interactions with the wonderful staff at the GC, and each time I leave feeling like my questions and requests are taken into consideration when I am looking for a new piece of jewelry, wanting to reset or repair older family pieces, swap out a battery or link in my existing jewelry, or get appraisals and opinions on pieces I am considering for sale or auction.  I wish that the Pandora department had more styles in sizes outside of the standard 5-8, but I understand that they are completely separate from the stock and sizing of the GC.  Overall, this place is amazing!

I didn’t get an engagement ring a long time ago but I have one now!  Abby was the best at helping me design exactly what I wanted.   Thank you for great service and a sparkling beautiful  diamond!!!!
