Unit 1502. Since moving here I actually really enjoy the area. The leasing people are really nice. This is a big change from Florida moving to Cali. I love being able to have a garage and my rooms is pretty big. The maintenance guys are pretty awesome on. I stop to talk them then every time I see them. Moving here was pretty hard considering it hard to get a job out here while being in the military. The leasing office was very kind to void some of my late fees until I was able to get on my feet. Overall nice quiet areas however this is close to a college campus so you will probably hear music sometimes or kids walking past being loud but not often
Just moved here two months back. The rat infestation outside is CRAZY at night I’m terrified to go out past 8 . It’s ridiculous. When I first moved in the house was dirty I came to complain they said I had to pay a CLEANING FEE?!??! Very sad they just want your money . Fridge was dirty. Walls were dirty . Rats every where it’s a mess. Can’t wait till I save up to move
Out of all the staff, Miss Haleigh.T had the most amazing customer service. Not only was she doing more than the bare minimum but she did it with a smile and a contagious positive spirit. Despite the stress that comes with the first day of move in for so many people, she gave the best service and helped with ease. Definitely made the move in process more pleasant. Just think her great help and service should be more recognized.
I would say the best part of the apartment are the maintenance crew. Especially Rob and Tyler they are the best guys I’ve talked to, they still remain professional but still seem approachable. Now I don’t feel awkward or shy to talk to them when I request repairs.
Julissa is very kind and generous. She always brings my mood up with her bright smile. She’s patient and understanding great people person.
I’ve been living at The Glen for almost 4 years now and I do have to say that the whole maintenance team has been really great at their work. They are quick to fix issues and they answer my questions very professionally. Whenever there is a problem that they can’t fix right away, such as a replacement part that they need to order, they clearly tell me what the issue is, why it must be done a later date, and they give me an accurate time estimate of when the issue will be resolved, in which they complete in a matter of a few days! The maintenance team are a very friendly staff of people who are willing to go above my expectations to help me out and I appreciate all of the excellent service that they provide!
I remember putting in my two weeks noticed and getting fired a few days later due to a conflict of interest lol But soon as I made my exit.The pendulum swung in my favor and I became a certified maintenance technician,now I know electrical,plumbing,installation and appliance repairs and I’m making 4x more than when I was working here.I purchased a new car and I just had a new born daughter…….This is called progression and resilience.September is going to be a good month and 2024 is going to be a great year! Excellent community to live in with the most courteous leasing office staff, leasing manager Ms. Penny and efficient maintenance team Kudos to Robert. 10/10
The people at the leasing office are rude. when you walk in they act like they don't even see you. I've been living here over 9 months and every time I walk in there to get a package they act like they never seen me before and ask for my ID which is PETTY at this point. the amenities are not 24hrs. the apartments are dirty and they room you with any rando and there is no real protection against roommate disputes. people are always outside fighting. mail gets stolen. and its overpriced. The maintenance people are nice though.
Dude the maintenance team here is the best that I’ve ever had. Lots of college people live here, a lot of stuff goes on, and everyone on their team is A1. Super quick fixers, great vibes, and always helpful. 10/10.
