I am so happy that I stopped in and bought a pair of shoes. The woman who helped me so knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. She helped measure my feet and get me into a pair of shoes that are more comfortable than any other pair I've ever owned, and they are helping my hips, back and knees. Plus my feet don't hurt after walking my dog. So grateful for this Fort Collins location, every one needs to stop in!
I had foot pain for 10 months … until I drove to The Good Feet store in Fort Collins. With Cameron’s expert advice and guidance I was literally pain free within 36 hours. These people are amazing and you won’t be disappointed.
Awesome experience. Update. I've been wearing the inserts for a week. Back pain is all but gone. Hip pain is getting better and I'm more mobile. It's amazing what these inserts are doing for me. I was resigning myself that I would need surgery to fix the pain I was in. Now I don't feel that way anymore.
I went in the store with my hip and lower back hurting all the time. After being fitted with arch support that pain has gone away. Just after a few minutes I could fell the difference.
Obsessed with profit over patience. My mom and I went here because the company claims to help with neuropathy in feet. The salesperson at the store was very aggressively promising on what the shoes and inserts can do; certainly promising results to the tune of us spending upwards of $2,000. They even said they would call in a few weeks to check on progress. Weeks pass; no progress check, and no progress. No help whatsoever with neuropathy. It’s actually not the money itself, but the abject cruelty of a sales person promising a solution to a serious health issue and then the product not delivering at all in that area. It was quite psychologically crushing. If you need arch support, this might be a place for you, but not for neuropathy, and not if you don’t want to be sold to by a sales team obsessed with profit over caring.
They have given me hope that things will get better. Already several times a day my orthotics really feel like they are helping. Cameron was very informative and I feel confident if anything come up, he will help me.
I was treated with courtesy, feet measured, supports selected, and explanation of the best way to wear each type. Walked twice with different lifts to see how they felt. The whole process was was efficient and customized to my needs. It has been 3 days since purchasing my shoes and supports. I can walk for more than an hour easily now pain free, whereas before I couldn’t walk more than 15 minutes without a considerable discomfort and just wanting to stop and elevate my feet. They were expensive but I am so thankful that I went to Good Feet. I never imagined I would have such a positive outcome this quickly.
The presentation was pleasant, the product sold itself. My walking was instantly improved. The price seemed high until realized that could be the cost for many years of help. Thanks

Very nice experience! My feet, legs, toes, and back hurt me so bad that I almost couldn't walk anymore. I feel better each day now. Just have to keep progressing.
