I went to the Good Feet Store years ago. I could barely walk, my heel hurt so bad. It also made the rest of my body hurt. It was significantly better from the second I got on my first support. It took about a week to not feel the pain that brought me in. I still can’t believe, I haven’t had any pain since. I really don’t know where I would be without them. Mitch helped me this last time and a few times before. He’s always great to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone who hurts and wants a better life. Thanks again!!

My daughter and I went in this past weekend.  I think the salesmen could do a better job at presenting it. Yes first he put the strengthen in and then the maintenance and last the relaxer. Then he moved on to my daughter did the same thing and then I ASK “ HOW MUCH FOR BOTH OF US.”  Answer “ 4,000 +.  My daughter and I looked at each other and she said NO!!  For me to get them. Well they ended up selling her one insole and a pad. OVER  $400.00.  Then the same thing happen to me that happened to the other lady that complained. After I got up there slipped in the fourth insole. $495.00 So I ended up paying $ $500.00 for each.  When I got home. Mind you I was up in Kansas visiting my daughter and was hurting. So we went. I live in another state I was looking and found a fourth pair. Was shocked. Thought they made a mistake and put  it in by accident.  So I called them. All I can say no discount was offered to me and I was not at all happy with the way Mitchell ? Put on the sales pitch. Very deceiving.

I was so surprised at how David took the time and the attention to my needs. It took 90 minutes to get done and would do it again. I’ve been to other stores and it was a quick in and out, no more then 20 minutes and still had the issues with my feet. I have spoken very highly of your customer service and your product.l too friends and family. I’m light as a feather. Thank you!

I've had my supports for several years and love them! I wear them most days. They really help reduce my chronic foot pain. I stopped in again just to buy a pair of slippers for my daughter. Mitch was great to work with!

I felt pressured to buy and the salesman went through the info so fast that I feel as though I don’t really fully understand the benefits of the product I chose. Also, I never received the 72 hr follow up call I was supposed to receive. However, nothing wrong with the product and is comfortable in almost all of my shoes. Had to let go of a few pair but that’s just because I had been purchasing shoes that were too narrow for me.

My experience was amazing!  I was recently diagnosed with planters fasciitis and had lots of heel pain.  Mitch was so knowledgeable and helpful.  He sold me the 3-step System of arch supports.  I am so glad I came into The Good Feet Store!

I will pay you not to come here. “Custom” LOL not when the sales person goes to the back and picks out an already made support, asks $2,000 for it, RIPS the factory insole in my shoe it wasn’t removable, and then tries to take different pieces off to lower the price. Absolute scam. Sales person was pushy, inconsiderate and rude. Only care about making a buck. I left in tears. You’re better off paying $300-$500 for an actual custom fit with a real podiatrist who cares!! I sure did and insurance actually covered it - this place doesn’t take insurance. 0/10 don’t recommend.

I made an appointment and I was waited on super fast. One on one personal time with a foot expert. Answered all my questions and concerns. Mitch then make a copy of my under foot and went in back for a minute and came out with the rest of my life with NO foot pain. I am on my feet ALL DAY LONG! The planter fasciitis I have been suffering with for years is no longer! I can even slip my house shoes and walk normal immediately out of bed. When it would usually take me at least 10 min to try and warm up to the first step of the day being so  torturous. This foot visit was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend you going to see Mitch at the overland kansas store! Life changers are miracles! If you have never felt your toes float in shoes before. Welcome to cloud 9. It’s just wonderful!!!

Mitch is always friendly and helpful. Are my feet still a little sore after work? Yes. But I can walk again, no more tears! These supports have made a huge difference, and I definitely recommend them.

My mom & I went into the Overland Park store for first time this past weekend. At first, we were very excited because the arches do work but out of this world expensive. But my mom was in so much pain, she decided to go ahead & get what she needed. Unfortunately, the sales guy, also the asst mgr, was very sneaky & added the “stabilizer” pair w/o my mom’s knowledge, nor did I ever hear anything about needing 4 pairs!! She walked out with over $2000 in arches. They start off saying you need the “strengthener”, the “maintainer” & the “relaxer”. They put the “strengthener” in your shoes to leave the store in & then when getting ready to check out, they’ve put the “stabilizer” in your box they provide making it look like you are purchasing 3 pairs. My mom called & she didn’t get any help, only someone saying that they were right & she was wrong. So if you go, be sure you double check your stuff and receipt BEFORE signing!!!
