Welcome and thanks for your interest! At The Good Seed we introduce the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together to promote a sense of balance and well being. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. With a wide range of classes offered all levels are welcome!
