I have been here a year and signed again. The office people are always nice here and usually take care of things quick. I ended up transferring units. When it was time to move out of my old apartment, the new one wasn’t ready. I couldn’t go back to the old apartment because they started repainting and ripping out the carpet. The new apartment had an ant infestation in the common spaces and in my room. There was no mattress when I moved in. I live on the first floor and there was no window screen. The carpets were suppose to be cleaned or replaced, but the carpet in my room smelled like dog poo. I usually never notice thing like carpet smell, but with no mattress, I slept on the floor the first few nights and could smell the dog poo. I am hoping things get better after term. The employees here are all pretty nice, but term seems to be stressing them out.

I lived here a year ago, and had the most awful experience ever. They make you sign a mold agreement in the lease basically saying they know there’s mold and won’t fix it. We had it behind our stove, in the bathroom, in the laundry room and around our window sills, but they won’t do anything about it because of that agreement. Maintenance only has one good guy who will actually attempt to solve the problem. We had our dryer and garbage disposal both break more than three times because maintenance won’t fix it right the first time. We got COCKROACHES from the unit above us. They sprayed one time and never came back. Ultimately this is why I moved out before my lease was up. They never even attempted to spray the units above and below us. The EMS and police were there every weekend to deal with something. And a concrete stair on the staircase leading upstairs broke and fell to the first floor. It was not cleaned up and fixed until a week later, someone could have fallen from the third floor. Overall highly do not recommend, pay a little extra and find a place without cockroaches and mold.

I absolute love living here so much! I moved in in June 2022 and I have truly enjoyed my experience. Everyone in the office is super kind and very helpful. Maintenance is very helpful and will be there ASAP, they really do their best to help and fix anything that needs to be fixed. My favorite thing about the staff here is that they are all human, they genuinely care about everyone and they do their absolute best to ensure everyone has a great experience! It is not just a place to live but it’s a place to grow with all your friends!

I have lived here for 4 years now and it’s been a really nice place to stay. The amenities are awesome, and the atmosphere of the apartments is always nice. The front desk staff are literally the nicest people ever, they’ve always been able to help me out as much as they could. Literal top tier. Only bug I have is maintenance problems. If you stay here and something breaks it will take quite a while for them to fix things.

Awful experience, could not recommend less. The property is poorly maintained and management couldn't care less. They focus all of their resources on advertising instead of taking care of their tenants. They often do giveaways or discounts for signing a lease or leaving Google reviews. They don't keep any records so you REALLY need to keep track of everything by yourself. Even if you do, they'll still try to find a way to screw you over. If you don't pay electronically they'll scam you out of hundreds of dollars. My roommates and I have lost so much money because the landlord "lost the money" or "never got the money order." Even when my roommate showed a receipt that was given to them by the office confirming their payment, the landlord claimed that it was invalid because the money was never received. My roommate had to pay late fees on top of the rent they had already paid but "went missing." Plus, maintenance always tries to cut corners so they don't have to spend more time actually fixing the problem. On two occasions the ceiling in my unit leaked and fell apart over the stove. On both of those occasions it took almost three weeks for the problem to be fixed. It took them one week to even come by to see the problem. Terrible place. Do not lease here.  To the Gramercy staff: Thank you for responding but I will have to politely decline. I have little faith that any communication will resolve the problems I had. Seeing as all of my roommates and I paid security deposits which we have been told never existed and do not exist in your system, I sincerely doubt that anything will change if I continue communications. I live the amenities, especially the gym! The clubhouse looks amazing and the actual apartment is lovely! It was nice and clean and never had any major issues here. I had a great experience meeting the staff!

The Gramercy is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for about two years now. I know there are a few reviews on here that seem to paint the office staff in bad light, or talk about how the lack of attention from maintenance. Those people, writing out of anger, did not leave time for the problem to be fixed. It is a big apartment building, some things take time. Nor do they talk about everything the staff has done for them. The Gramercy staff are people I have become quite fond of. They are always smiling, always welcoming you with care and passion. They have honestly become part of my daily life and I can't imagine living here without the goofy events they put on or Paulette, our leasing Manager, coming to all of the events getting to each and every one of us. Aleah will always take the time to listen to your concerns, and make sure you are taken care of. Lord I know she has helps me through all my issues. The apartments are amazing, at least to me. It was my first apartment, and I have since transferred. They are fully furnished and come with everything you need in an apartment. The Gramercy is considerate of everyone! They even make sure to make changes and adjust rules to make sure all residents are able to use their amenities, like the private study room they have in the back! Living here is like gaining a goofy family. Give it time, have patience, the staff are people too! If you ever see me walking around with my 90 pound Boxer, come talk to me, let me introduce you to the The Gram Fam!

Very frustrating management. Did not do a good job at providing information with certain things. I went through the entire sublease/relet process and was calling to see if it was finalized when they told me that it couldn’t go through because it was “not efficient” for them. The guy subleasing from me had signed a lease and everything and was expecting to move in that same day when they told him he couldn’t. The pictures are not accurate on the website and there were many things wrong with our apartment when we moved in. They do not do a good job at keeping the property nice, there was almost constantly an overflowing trash can on one of the sidewalks. I do not recommend.

Terrible experience! MOLD AND WATER PROBLEMS FOR TWO YEARS! Not to mention no refrigerator for almost 3 months and had to argue with the management for alternate living arrangements when the building was without power for 2 days! Good luck of you choose to live here.

The gramercy is a great and convenient apartment complex. It is close to school, the stadium etc. It is very affordable and comes furnished, and you have the option of removing and adding more furniture if you want. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and they try their best to fully accommodate you and help with anything you need. It is a pet friendly apartment complex and they have amenities that cater to you and your furry friend. They help you find a roommate based on what you desire and they are flexible enough to move you around if things don't work out with your roommate. You also have an option of living by yourself if you want. I highly recommend the gramercy to anyone, you don't have to be a college student to live here, it accommodates anyone from all over the world.
