Nice dining experience. I had the Baked Haddock with the mashed potatoes and a salad. Very tasty! My son had the Maine Lobster Tails and he really enjoyed them. I had a delicious slice of NY Cheesecake for dessert. The service was friendly and reasonably attentive. We ate in the atrium at the back of the building and the setting was quite pleasant. They have a small, nicely landscaped pond with some koi in it that really enhanced the atmosphere. Recommended!
The Grapevine is truly one of my favorite places in WNY because every aspect of the experience is handled perfectly! the service is always superb, drinks are awesome & the food is delicious! they often add new items to the menu & test them out which makes things fun but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the staple menu items either! their sauce is delicious, they make so many things fresh in house dressings, sauces, etc and you can absolutely tell because it is so good! their drinks are amazing & I’m so happy to have such a consistent and wonderful restaurant so close! & their prices are so competitive and fair!
Thanksgiving take-out dinner: A few years ago, I ordered this during Covid times and it was quite excellent. This time, not so much. Dinner was missing its cranberry, the mashed potatoes were about about the size of your palm, and the salad was laughably small with Greek dressing?!? See pictures Please get better quality control on these meals; a disappointment.
We had another amazing dinner with friends on Sunday September 11, 2022. We always enjoy the added ambiance of the fish tanks. We chose one of our favorites lobster crab cheese dip plus discovered a new one the caprese salad on a fantastic roll. Also I enjoyed the cucumber mule which complimented our food choices. The french fries were like small waffle shapes and crispy and delicious especially since I don't usually like french fries and this was an exception. Our friends enjoyed Sheppard pie. Jenn the server was super attentive friendly and wonderful as were the others who assisted her.
Family Thanksgiving dinner, and it was delicious and the price was great. You could order off the menu too if you didn't want the turkey dinner. All homemade food and I especially liked the stuffing and white cheddar mashed potatoes. Can't say enough about this. Service was excellent too. We're thinking of going back before my husband and I head back to Virginia.
Absolutely delicious food! I am the front desk manager at Best Western in Niagara Falls. We ordered grapevine for our Christmas party this past Sunday. The food was delicious, plenty of food is given in the family packs. Absolutely loved the bread & butter, It may even have Dicamillos beat!. I will for sure be returning for a dine in experience, and more take out experiences. I also will make sure to add Grapevine to our list of local restaurants we hand out to our guests. You did great thank you again. My staffed loved the food too and will be visiting as well!! :
I love the brunch here! Whether it is in restaurant or next door at the hall, it has always been a staple for our family for holidays or just because. Also, never had a bad meal even when I have gone for dinner. The staff have always been great too. Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly restaurant.
We went there on Thanksgiving this year . We were greeted by the Manger who was absolutely amazing. Our waitresses Katie and the busboy Luke were great the girl at the bar would make sure drinks were perfect. Everyone there all had smiles on their faces plus the food was awesome . Although the food and service was great, the atmosphere was extremely horrible. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, when another couple sitting directly next us waited until they finished eating to start coughing AND blowing they're noses at the table just as we started our dinner. It's totally disgusting to experience something so out disrespectful towards the any other party that is trying to enjoy a celebration of any sort when people don't have proper table etiquette manners. If you were there with your spouse trying to celebrate any event, would you tolerate that? We left without eating nothing but a few bites. This is not high scale restaurant anymore. Parking: Need more spaces for handicap parking.
We went during Thanksgiving, we had reservations but the place was very very crowded. The food was fantastic service was really good being as those poor waitresses were running all day. The price of the food was inexpensive as well as it was tasty.Food: 5/5
