To the woman closing on 02/07/23, it looked like you were having a pretty rough day. I am sorry for that. I genuinely hope your week gets better and I wish you the very best. Just remember you are loved and cared for even if it may not seem like it at times. Please take care of yourself. Also, the baguette and bagel were great : thank you for making them for me.
Whoever is responsible for the management of this place, check your cameras on 12/16 around 12pm. Workers talking on their phone ignored me as a customer & complaining about their work schedule. Had to speak loudly just to get their attention. Sandwich made very sloppy, should have just left. If y'all don't want to work, go home.
It has been long since I got back to STL, and I miss so much the lox bagel here. I used to get one mid night while I wait at the Starbucks for my early morning flights. The guy serving this morning is SUPER nice too!
The sweet black lady that works nights is the best! I got the Italian Trio on a plain baguette. 10/10 would recommend. A little pricey, but it’s the only food place at baggage claim in STL Airport
Lazy worker wouldn't get off phone so we left. The bad thing is we watched it happen again. She got what she wanted, not to do anything.
The c.u.n.t working the front counter in her twenties probably and African American is VERY rude and unprofessional at her job. She was asked one question and proceeded to be very rude the rest of the time we were checking out. She needs to be removed from her position if she does not like the job she signed up for.
Had to wait several minutes for someone to actually show up and take my order. The lady was not very friendly, but she was professional none the less. Prices were really high, but its in an airport, so not surprising. Food was quite good though! Over all, if your in Lambert Airport and hungry, it's worth checking out.
Ate here multiple times while volunteering at the airport. The cinnamon crunch bagel with butter and cream cheese was great. Best I've had since NYC. The Italian Trio and the Chicken Pesto Panini were good too. Service was good. For an airport spot, it is what it is.
The cashier would not accept our travel vouchers from spirit airlines… this voucher is a Mastercard gift card that works anywhere that accepts credit cards. We received the gift cards when our flight was canceled. This cashier had the opportunity to make our day a little bit better, but instead decided that she couldn’t be hassled to type in the gift card numbers.
Delicious food, a little expensive if you are hungry. I ordered a panini, a bagel, and a bottle of water, $15. Everything was delicious.
