The Green Chile Project is a food product company, introducing Hatch Chile into food products in new and interesting ways.Along with backyard healthy produce. It is the start of a vision that Chef De La Rosa has, also known as Mr. D by the beloved STA community.To bring backyard to table cooking to his community. Using his hands to grow much of the produce that is used in his products, and using his mind by combining his experiences from his culinary education at cordon bleu and working at one of the toughest kitchens in LA, Hatfield's on Melrose. He is currently working at Espanolita foods and imports(studio city). Hopefully he will feed your Spirit as well as your Body. Cheers!
